Ceres caught eye on Sam, and nelt down to hug her. "How are you sweety? Is your mother around front. Then this will be our time."
She stood up with Sam on her hip. She opened the gate. "I cannot return Seline to you, but I can..." Ceres paused a few, and then placed Sam near a Changeling called Salem. "...offer you a new friend, a brother at that." Ceres smiled.
"Your mother and I discussed it earlier. He's yours to come home with you if you want him to." Ceres smiled.

"Hecate's waiting out front." At least Sam had gotten to ride on the centaur's back, and as far as she knew, her own mother had never gotten to do that. Small bonus.
"A... a brother?" Sam's ears twitched slightly, and she looked at the changeling. "Mum said that was okay?
Another changeling. Like Seline. But, um, a boy. Boys were... well, okay. Sam took a hesitant step forward. She really didn't know all that much about horses, after all, but she offered her hand to the changeling.

She picked Sam up again, so they could see eye to eye. Salem seemed a bit unsure of himself and snorted. "Yep, all yours!"

Sam reached out to pat Salem on the nose, and laughed. He had such a soft and fuzzy nose. Seline did, too, really, but only when she wasn't wet. "What's his name?" she asked.
She was definitely starting to like this idea.

"His name is Salem." Ceres smiled.
Ceres turned her head for just a minute, and just as she did Salem nudged Sam. Ceres then turned her head back around clueless. "So you like him?"

She wondered if Salem could learn to play baseball. Maybe not. How would he hold the bat?
"And I'd get to take him home with me? Really?"

"Yes, he is going home with you." Ceres chuckled. "You ready..." Before she could say yes, she hoisted Sam onto Salems back. Salem was unsure of this gester, but stood there non the less because didn't weigh much.
Ceres took a bit of mane and led the two of them around from. "Sam, I heard you like baseball? I bet you'll be great one day!" Ceres smiled.

Sam squealed, and held onto Salem's mane tightly, but definitely not tight enough to pull at it. "Careful, Salem. I don't want to fall..."
Hecate was waiting out front; when she heard them coming, she turned to see, and grinned broadly. "Hello, Sam. Hello, Madam Ceres. And who's this, then?"
"Salem!" Sam squealed.

Ceres giggled. "Hello Hecate, it has been a while. Sam's already got the name down. She is so excited." Ceres smiled. "But, yet his name is Salem."

"Won't your mother be pleased," Hecate said. She rolled her eyes a little, but grinned.
Sam was oblivious to this. "Salem's my new brother. I never had a brother. Just sisters." She hugged Salem's neck.
Salem snorted a little, still a bit surprised by all this.

"Well, then with that settled please give Sunny my reguards. It was nice meeting you again Hecate. Please come again soon Sam, next time be prepared to play some ball." Ceres smiled.
"Sorry to rush, but there are a few things I need to prepare for." Ceres gave them all a hug, and then turned to leave.

Ceres was inside the HQ. However, Pavel, and Perian were out side arms crossed awaiting two arrivals. Business was important today, and tension was high between the twins.

Fauste was walking up the path to the HQ front, with her usual avaling pouch draped about her side with the avaling figurine inside. She had left Sunflash with Mia and Nashi for now. He was sound asleep and she didn't have the heart to wake him or seperate him from his new friend so soon. When she saw Perian and Pavel she quickened her pace a bit. Fauste wasn't sure if she was keeping people waiting or not, she didn't particularly wish to make them wait longer if she had.

As Fauste approached you could hear them argueing. Pavel pointed and screamed. "If you were more passionate..." She growled and didn't finished.
"Well, you know if you just got to the point." He snorted and stamped a hoove.
They both stoped quickly when they saw not only Fauste but Ero.

Fauste just grinned faintly at everyone, deciding not to bring up whatever was going on between Perian and Pavel, instead she just said, "Hey. Hope I didn't keep anyone waiting at all. I had to make some arrangements before I could leave."
