xd alright then, i guess the Nagas, Fae and Lycanthropes are in after all?

will the Nagas have psychic or magical ability? or just be serpentine creatures? we'll make the Fae based more closely on Greaco-Roman or Celtic Fae. and as for Lycanthropes, they'd be in two types -- the first is Natural Lycans which are viscious bloodthirsty wild animals that can transfom into human and anthropomorphic forms at will (except under moonlight when they cannot take human shape) but which still cannot control their violent natures when provoked or enraged for any reason (including random outbursts and cravings for food or bloodshed, in addition to the frenzy that the moonlight inflicts on them), and the second will be infected Lycans, which are humanoids which have been bitten and may take years if not longer to learn how to control their transformations, otherwise being subject to the mercy of moonlight. the only question here would be, would time and effort allow infected Lycans to learn how to control their behavior?

I'd say have the nagas be more like yaunti (think I got that right) where they are snake-people. Not just a snake with a humanoid head.

As for the infected Lycans (whenever I hear that word it makes me think of Underworld and I just see Kate Beckensale in a skin-tight leather outfit... grrrrrr!), I'd say with enough practice/time/will-power they could be able to control the shifting to blood-thirsty animal during the day and moonless nights, but could never stop the moonlight from bringing the change about. Course when they do shift they wouldn't be much in control and it would just be animalistic instincts in control.

When I said Nagas, I was thinking of reptilian skin, humanoid shape for the upper half, and snake for the lower, though we could just do reptilian skin all over to make it fairer.

Also, are Lycanthropes just limited to wolves, or will we be including other animals as well?

And for the Draconians, which I'm assuming we're including since we're doing Lycans and the like, we could just do something like Nagas but with wings. Either that, or completely humanoid with wings, tail, etc.

But for the flying races (fae included) , I think we'd have to take away something to even out the playing field.

i thin Lycans should be in a variety of al predatory animals. and i also want the nagas to have humanoid torsos and serpant tails. that is what i see nagas as. it would be proper.

That (DND nagas annoy me), and also the Draconians probably more like the Dragonlance style ones (which have the literal description of dragonmen, so yea.)

i have found where i misplaced the bits of a D&D setting of my own that i had been looking for. xd unfortinately, the other half of this stuff is on my dead Laptop. sad unable to be retrieved as of yet, but will be eventually... i have a friend who can do it, but i need money and the oppurtunity to see him, seeing as he lives on the edge oftown, is always busy, and his and his fiance's families are both Baptists that hate my guts.

by the way, i have NO clue what Dragonlance Draconians looks like, or even what a draconian is. o_O; i am not versed in Dragonlance.

What's up with the laptop? Is it the HD or something else? If its the HD you can possibly recover it with some utilities.

As for draconians... here is a link that might help:

That would do for the Ba'az draconian image. Draconians are dragon men that start off as metallic dragon eggs and are then corrupted by evil ancient magic. When they die they each have a separate effect. They have jobs according to egg base...

Gold---Aurak---Super mage, very rare
Silver---Sivak---biggest, all around high powered, flies naturally, limited shapeshifter
Copper---Kapak---assassins
Bronze---Bozak---mage/cleric
Brass--- Ba'az---footsolider, common

Not many are versed in D-Lance, my guild Krynn is available to help them learn and is based in D-Lance exclusively...

Yea, DL is kind of out there as far as setting go. Give me a day or two and I'll scan up the images from the campaign setting, Chief.

Just a suggestion, no need for sarcasm...
Besides, for all I know you could have had precious "emotions", or some other mortal feeling of attachment for it...
Personally, I'd suggest buying an alienware desktop PC, I built mine with a few of their parts and it really increased the predicted parameters...

alienware are very expensive though, and finding the right parts for them if you need to can be VERY tricky, especially where i live.

also, sorry for being so snappy, i think it's my time of the month... sweatdrop

Heehee, male PMS?

I need to write down all the books I have some time. The one list I had is lost to the depths of server changes and three years out of date anyway.

I'm going to be posting a link, eventually, to all my uploaded books, free to download and of varying edition, content, and color (having lost 5 different scanners makes it hard to do them all the same way)...

It will be available on Krynn, but I will link the post into this post, so keep looking and waiting...
