I saw on Ripley's Believe it or Not about these two girls who were almost exactly the same. They had the same name, first and last. They had the same aged and breed of dog. They had the same color guinea pig. Their parents were married in the same month and year. The girls were the same age, born in the same month. They were the same height and had the same color eyes.
The way they found each other was one of the girls released a balloon that had her name and address on it. It landed in the second girls yard.
They've been friends ever since.

We got one heck of a storm at about 3-5 yesterday morning. It was bad enough for my dad to shut down our computers which we don't do as often but this lightning was very close so I woke him up and said he might wanna shut the computers down. He took one look out his window and agreed before getting up to come do so.

Ah. I tend to almost always wake up when a storm hits. I'm not a light sleeper but I'm not a heavy one either of that makes any sense. My cousin could be sound asleep but the minute someone starts to toss and turn she wakes up, whereas my brother can fall asleep anywhere and sleep through a hurricane. I guarantee he could do that.

You did? I would be awake and freaking out and wishing I was still asleep. I don't do nasty storms to well.

I was really tired.
Don't get me wrong. I was so scared that I crawled into the closet to sleep.

Ah. Makes me glad I don't live near the coast. I'm part of Tornado Ally which is a pain but we haven't had much in the past few years well actually when I became a Senior we had a really bad windstorm and our power was out for 3 days and it was miserable. The Sirens have gone off a few times in the last few years though.

We just had a really bad storm here, too. Trees were floating very quickly down the river, kept adrift by a terrifying current. On another note, I once saw a dead cat being dumped into the very same river. cry

That's horrible Marker! I saw a dead Kitty on my way to school at one point this past year and I nearly cried! There was a girl waiting for traffic to pass or stop so she could go get it. I stopped my car and motioned for her to go get it which she did. Then I had to go to school sadly.

That's really depressing Queenie. One a slightly related topic, my friend had to eat groundhog for dinner (she didn't eat it though). He dad shoot it in their backyard becasue it was making noise.
