Before I start making a bio, I wanna throw out the general idea to see if it's acceptable 1st.
The idea for my character is a young, rookie officer, close to mid-20s maybe, at Lieutenant rank ( 2nd from lowest ) in the army branch. According to that rank link, that means she'd possibly have a platoon under her, giving her maybe 50 subordinates, mostly ( or all ) being NPCs.
She'd be a heavy weapons type, frontline duty sorta stuff when on an attack, leading her units in an assault, or helping head defenses if their ship's being boarded, etc.
She'd be toting around a heavy repeater as her main weapon, and because of her " just came outta officer school " status, her command isn't over anything vital, just regular grunts and their squad leaders. When not actively engaged in conflicts, she'd be responsible with making sure the squads she's got command over are keeping everything together, doing routine inspections, etc.
How's that?
