Delaine was taken a little of guard by Dalcia's comment, but smiled and gave a small laugh. "Haha, how true. However, there are days when I have to be thankful to him." She said, remembering their recent encounter with the orcs and other times he had stood up against those they faced. She turned to see the centaur, nodding to him. "Hi Korsu. Thank you for lending your hand earlier." She said to him, realizing that she had not expressed her gratitude yet and not wanting to be rude. When Delaine heard Edge she ignored that for the moment, planning to lecture him on his manners toward others.

((Ah, I see.))
"Oh come now Edge. I am merely jesting. No need to get all sullen about it." Korsu said with a grin. He then aknowledged what Delaine said with a nod and said, "It was my pleasure. I wouldn't have wanted to let anyone get hurt." He shifted on his hooves and his tail swished. "That aside, anyone know when we will move on? If we stay too long, I'll start to get edgy. I dislike staying one place for too long."

 Those in the Geo-fortress would hear a large thud as Sei dragon landed atop the fortress. Sei patted the dragon on it's snout "I doubt I'll be long...wait here."
She made her way down, the groups conversation would lead her right to them. Leaning in the doorway, Sei looked them over, her eyes landed on Edge and ignored the rest. "..well, hello...you wouldn't happen to be the one chosen by the holy sword, would you?"

 Edge faced the voice, finding a very attractive woman leaning against the doorway. He looked around and lifted his hand, pointing at himself, wondering if she was speaking to him for a moment. When he realized she was, he grinned and set his hands behind his head, leaning back slightly on his heel. "Of course I am! Are you one of my groupies?" he asked, smirking and chuckling through his teeth a bit as he swam in his own arrogance.

Sei chuckled and walked closer, smiling "..maybe....you are so powerful, after all..." she lightly touched his chin "..and cute too... What is your name, oh chosen Heritor..."

Edge gulped down his saliva and felt his cheeks get warm as she touched his chin and called him cute. "E-Edge. My name's Edge" He said, feeling a bit timid from such a beautiful woman actually being so forward with him.

She giggled at his behavior "Edge.....I am Sei La Vaes..but you can call me Sei." she gave him a light kiss on his forehead, humans are so predictable.. she thought.

Klaudnir coughed violently at the sight of the new arrival, choking on the fumes of his own tobacco.
The La Vaes...? Here already?
She had already approached Edge and begun to wrap her words around his young easily molded thoughts. The dwarf priest then stashed his pipe and withdrew his axe and shield. He darted over to the pair and jumped in between them.
"Keep yer forked tongue behind yer teeth, Fyrlandtian harlot. I know not yer purpose for pursuin' the Shinin' Force, but I can be certain that it is of no good when weighed in the terms o' the world as a whole!"
(Glad I got off work early, this is some good stuff xD)

A loud thump alerted Dalcia of a presence on the roof. Letting her ears pick anything of interest…Edge being an idiot, Delaine, Korsu, Klaudnir, seven people breathing…wait, What? She listened more intently; there was indeed a deep breathing that came from the roof along with a smaller breathing entity. Taking a deep breath, the smell hit her. It was the smell of fire, metal, and deep power. No, it couldn’t be…not here.
Dalcia’s eyes widen as she realized what exactly had landed on the roof. She showed herself not much later as beautiful as she was deadly. Dalcia felt her hackles rise as she watched her approach Edge with her false movements and words that were sugar coated to a disgusting sweetness. A low growl began issuing from her as she saw Edge buying into the act. He’s more of an idiot than I thought.
She left her daggers where they were hidden, however, because if it came to a fight, she wanted to be able to feel her claws rip through that woman’s skin and feel her blood slide down her arms. Taking her cue from Klaudnir, Dalcia came and stood behind the woman. “I’d be more careful, dragon,” Dalcia growled putting an emphasis on ‘dragon’ to hope that Edge would snap out of whatever idiotic trance he was caught in.

((well I was waiting for the Onner guy to post, but he left...so. ^^ )) Sei glanced at the dwarf, then at Dalcia and chuckled "..you think you can stop me that easily?" her smiled widened as she snapped her fingers, the spot where she kissed Edge's forehead glowed lightly. "Come with me Edge, these people bore me..."

Lieutenant Bauchos led his men up the hillside, taking a great interest in the dragon that had landed on the roof of the Geo Fortress. He and his soldiers watched as the rider entered into the complex.
"Fyrlandtian scum... Of course they'd send a dragon rider to observe the situation. Miller!"
One of the soldiers behind him answered his call.
"Go, inform the High General that Fyrlandt has arrived here, it is unclear whether they have found the blade yet, but that we will need to press the attack now if we are to acquire it for ourselves!"
The soldier saluted his superior and darted back for the capital city.
The lieutenant then turned to the rest of his men, all of whom already had prepared their weapons.
Unsheathing his own officer's revolver and blade, Bauchos pointed his weapon towards the mouth of the cave and shouted,
"For Noswald!"
(Oh snap, we're about to have a battle freakin' royale here.)

Edge's eyes seemed to glaze over as the spot on his forehead glowed slightly. He turned towards Sei and bowed his head slightly. "Yes..." He said in a monotonous tone before taking his place beside Sei.

Klaudnir's expression was furious. The aged dwarven priest's eyes changed to the otherworldly brightness as he glared at the Fyrlandtian fiend.
"I swore an oath ta me people an' meself ta protect this lad and I won't be breakin' it fer yer sake or anybody else's!"
Grasping his holy symbol, he began his incantations.
Vachu.
The air began to swirl around Klaudnir's body.
Vacho.
The energy in the room focused into an green orb above the dwarf's quickly moving hand.
Veraes!
With the final part of the spell, the green orb flew ahead of the escaping woman and her captive and split apart into two smaller orbs. One soaring towards Edge and the other at the woman. The magic would dispel any charm she might have over the lad and any wards that she herself might be carrying.
