 Axl rolled his eyes at Em as she moved off.
Now that the drawer was looking at him, he smiled at her reassuringly.
He grinned as Lirina came in. "I know! Don't we kick a**?!"

Rather than returning the smile, as would have been common courtesy, her eyes flitted down to avoid Axl's. Her mouth remained without a smile. Lizzy anxiously awaited for the other Audio to go back to ignoring her.
Stop looking, stop looking, stop looking... she mentally repeated to herself as her anxiety built up.

 "Serious cliff jumping a**," she affirmed with a giggle to Axl. "It feels good to be able to relax again tonight." Lirina hopped up to her top bunk, though it was acting more like a perch at the moment than a bed. Her legs dangled off the side with an excited animation.
"Oh, hey guys," she said, noting some teammates she hadn't gotten to know yet. A few looked involved in other tasks, but she thought it a good moment to make a small introduction. "I'm Lirina."

Axl's grin was wide. Finally! He could celebrate with someone.
"Oh, god, I know! We were so awesome. It was a great challenge!" His grumpiness over being dragged off the cliff was gone. He was good at pretending anyway.
"Everyone did great! I'm glad we don't have to vote anyone off."

"Next time, I demand you compose us a victory theme, Mr. Rockstar!" she said, thinking of ways to commemorate these occasions. It was more difficult when there was just a cramped cabin to work with and no extra foodstuffs. There wasn't even a proper place for a warroom. Hm.

He laughed. "Next time I definitely have to!" Grinning like a fool, he rocked back on his bed. Yeah, he thought his songs were dumb really, but he was caught up in the excitement!

"I wish we got some sort of clue as to what the next challenge will be," she said, thinking over everything that had happened that day, looking for clues. Lirina found she liked Axl, coming to trust him as a fellow commander. The wild types may be unpredictable, though that could also be an advantage. Hell, this whole camp was rather chaotic. "At least we're all surprised together normally, but what an asset it would be." She thought for a moment. "Then, there's also messing with the other cabins."

 She nodded at Axl. "Yup, it is Chinese. I've never actually been to China, though. Born American as a Twinkie, but y'know... parents." She wrinkled her nose comically.
As Lirina burst in, Abigail sat up and swung her feet over the side of her bed so as to be more visible and engaging. "Nice to meet you, Lirina. I'm Abigail, at your service." She updated another entry on the growing list of teammates in her memory, smiling as Lirina and Axl crowed over the day's victory. Smirking at the mention of a victory theme, she quietly hummed the classic Final Fantasy victory fanfare to herself, idly wondering if anyone else would notice.
"We'll have one more teammate than they will, anyhow," she chipped in, but frowned at Lirina's last sentence. "Messing...? How's that?" she asked, hoping the other girl wasn't intending foul play.

Lirina called herself back at Abigail's question. She was comfortable presenting her strategies to Axl -- too much so, it seemed, because she didn't take into account the others in the cabin. Keeping a number of intentions to herself meant she had some control, after all. Berating herself for blind ambition, she cautiously tested the waters.
"Along the lines of a prank," she replied, holding a chaste smile. "Nothing too... dangerous."

"That's still pretty cool," he said to Abbie, flashing her a charming grin. "You've still got history and heritage, you know?"
He turned back to Lirina now. Messing with the other teams, hmm..? Axl pondered this a bit. It could be quite fun... It could be a lot of fun. A little bit of friendly rivalry never hurt anyone. A wicked grin crossed his face. "I think that sounds like something we might be able to do~ But for now, we should probably sleep. We'll probably be woken early. We can talk about this more tomorrow." Giving them a wink, he pulled down his blankets.
In a few hours he would still be awake, and he would sneak out. But for now, he'd lie there and try to sleep.

Carmen had been up in her bunk. She had been growing tired from feeling bored all day. She seriously needed to pick up a hobby or something to do with her spare time. All this lingering around doing nothing was making her brain go cuckoo. Really, she just missed her laptop. Why as it she couldn't bring it? Well, this forsaken place probably wouldn't give her any kind of net connection anyways.
She watched everyone come in. She started to write in her journal, but her nosy and inquiring mind couldn't help but eavesdrop on her cabin mates as they discussed how bad things were for them. Interesting...
She was both surprised and delighted to see the resident of the bunk under had finally come around. She hung her head down the side to look at Abigail. "Hi there. I'm Carmen. "
Carmen observed the bamboo on her tail. Chinese! "Hey, did you know there are Great Tits in China too. They live in various parts of asia." Then, Carmen slid her hand down that had one of her bird tattoos on it to show her.
She watched Lirina enter the cabin. PRANKS. She listened to the strategizing. The call of mischief and shenanigans was here on her doorstep. And, with how bored and cagey she'd been feeling. The urge to join with anyone doing pranks started to sink into her veins. She rolled onto her bunk and gave a drooly "prrrannnnkksss". The way some people would say doughnuts real slow and drooly while staring at some through a doughnut shop window.

 After his mini-celebration, Asher had dozed off. It had been exhausting being out on the beach all day. He sat up and watched the others, a few more team members had come into the cabin since he had fallen asleep.
He sat up and watched everyone else. The feeling of celebration had worn off; now the other two teams were voting members off. While he was glad that it wasn't his team in that situation, Asher felt sort of bad for the others being sent home. Being voted off on the first challenge would really suck. They wouldn't get the opportunities to make new friends and alliances like he would. Hopefully.
Asher decided to lay back down, suddenly feeling worse than he had all day.

 Bobby dindn't miss a beat as the artist still refused to show him her work. "No problem then. Glad to have you on the team!'
Bobby walked over and hopped up into his bunk as the new girl walked in. "Glad to meet you Abby. Names Bobby." He gave her a "whassup" nod.
As Liri walked in, floating on cloud 9, he gave her a "thumbs up" sign, totally sharing her enthusiasm. He was also glad that Axl and Em worked things out and were feeling better. They needed to be in good spirits for the upcoming events.
He was drifting off to sleep as Carmen came in and as the group was talking about pranks. He chuckled to himself as the sleep of fog overtook him.

Bobby woke up long enough to hear Chris' daily announcement.
He offered a weak, half-asleep "woohoo" before rolling back over and sleeping the day away.

Emilie snuck in after the announcement, dragging a dirty blanket behind her. She yawned and rubbed her back, sleeping on a roof does terrible things to your body.
She crawled onto her bed, muttering a feeble hello, and flopped, face-first, onto her pillow.
