Mana looked at Kir and Lily. "Kir look at me" Mana nearly yelled. He began to pour feeling of loyalty into Kir and focused them towards Lily. "You cant leave now. you cant leave Her" He pointed at Lily trying to stop Kir.

"..." Kir went still suddenly. His mind was descending into his weapon state, where emotions made no difference at all to him. His master wanted him to activate.

"Please, Kir, please," Lily begged. She wondered again why her blood crystallis stopped working and if it was worth putting the world at risk to try and save Kir when he would run back to the Academy and have everything reserved. Would he be better off dead?

Lily wrapped her arms around his waist, tears streaming. "Stand down, stand down," she said over and over. She didn't know what to do anymore.

A barrier rose up from Kir's flesh to try and remove Lily from him.

Mana glared at Kir. "Kir stop now" HE was pissed that the academy would go so far. Mana carefully set Lydia down to wake her up. His hand moved to his pistol in case he did try to go.

Lily tried to stay clinging to him. This couldn't be happening. What would she do if she lost him again?
Lydia then awoke and looked around. She looked confused and then scared. She had no idea where she was or what was happening.

The barrier around Kir suddenly crashed into his body. He coughed painfully and fell to his knees.

Lily fell to her knees next to him. She looked up at his face, trying to figure out what was happening.

Kir hugged himself and his only wing moved to try and protect him. He doubled over and coughed hard. A lump of blood landed on the snow in front of him.

Lily gently rubbed his back, not knwoing what else to do. She hoped this meant he wasn't leaving.

Mana pulled Lydia along with him. "Kir look at me" He was worried.

Kir slowly looked up at Mana. His eyes were flickering between his activated state and his inactivated state.

Lydia looked around at everything, seeming to shrink back from the world. She was overwhelmed by everything.
