She gasped under her breath, quickly pulling him back. Thinking of something to say all she could think of was, "And what's your hurry?" It was a flirty tone, one she would rarely use. He would give a soft smirk as she pulled him back and kissed him on the lips. Breaking the kiss, he would give a small blush and a grin, he would give a laugh and say "Wow...you're never like this...is this some sexy side-effect of the stuff your taking?" He would hug her again and then say "If you don't want me to leave...I won't"

"Um... yeah, sure. Sexy side-effect." She wrapped her hands around the back of his head and kissed him again. Then, pulling back, glad that he would stay with her, she stayed at his side until they could think of something to do. It had been awhile since she had been to the tavern... maybe she would go there in a few or so. She had really hoped that he didn't just stay because she kissed him... but just in case, she rolled back over and looked into his eyes, still trying to play this 'sexy side-effect roll'.

Not really convinced by the sudden change of events, he would give a small frown as she kissed him again and then looked into her eyes, which were somewhat blocked from her hair. He gently brushed a few strands of her hair out of her eyes so he could get a better look, and then his eyes drifted downward "Is...there something you want to tell me?"

She folded her arms on his chest and rest her head down, "Now why would you ask that? Am I not allowed to.. flirt and kiss you at the same time.." her eyes fluttered, but then fixed them back on him. "Nothing is wrong.... yet" She stated...

I never took you for a flirtatious woman" He said wth a soft blush as he looked down and then said "But...if..you say nothing is wrong" He said, looking back into her eyes. "Then I believe you. If there is...then..." Those eyes drifted down to the bed "hmm....I don't want to think about it. I'm sure your telling the truth" sweatdrop

"I just don't want you to be mad at me.." she told him moving her head up onto his shoulder. Tired of lying to people, she decided to ask him questions, him maybe getting the idea that she 'could'. "Jay... do you think what we did the other night was bad?"

He would frown and shake his head, saying "No...no I don't. You...and I both made a choice that we thought would...*ahem* make our relationship deeper. I thought it did..." As he looked down to her and hugged her close. Then he frowned and said "You...didn't like it?"

"Something like wha-" he cut himself off. Those eyes widened as he took his eyes off of Rayne and then he seemed to stare out into space. "I used a c-...." Then those eyes looked down to the bed. There was no protection...he had gotten her pregnant. His face grew pale, paler than usual. He felt sick to his stomach. "I....I.....I need a drink" He said softly as he arose from the bed, his hands shaking violently. "You....you stay and get rest" Opening the door and closing it behind him, a lone tear fell from his eye "What am I...what are WE going to do? He asked himself as his footsteps faded away as he decended down the steps and headed to the tavern.

She knew he might be mad... but he just sort of walked out on her, not saying anything but 'I need a drink'. The answer wasn't even a yes yet and he thought it was true. She took a pillow, gripping it tight, letting out a scream. "I don't need rest!" she told herself as if directing it at him. She let out another scream, this one not in the pillow. After screaming she couldn't believe what Jay was going to do... "Drink your problems away..." A few tears fell form her face, now really not wanting to have anything to do with children... "Like my father did........." she let out a few more tears, just breaking down.

A bit mad at Jay for just walking out, she threw the pillow on the floor and brushed the remaining tears from her face. Getting up out of the bed, she discarded the once full glass in the sink and grabbed her bag. Grabbing and putting on her jacket, just in case it was cold... which it most likely was, she high-tailed the small apartment, heading for anywhere but where she was now. At that time she just couldn't bare to be around anyone at the time. She would have left to see Passe, but it had just been so long, she just exploring the wilderness was set to motive number one.

"Hmm, who's she?" Rei wondered. Watching as Rayne passed her. "She sorta smells like Jay...." Shrugging the thought off, Rei left the inn and walked to the hot springs.
