Sorrow shook her head; "Don't worry about me, but thanks for the concern though. You just relax and have a bit of fun."
Vermillion stood up and came to stand beside Anabel.

"Thank you, I'll try to be back soon... Could you do me one favor though..." Anabel took the tea out of the cupboard, and set the teabags next to it, "Make sure those two don't kill each other in there, and If you guys need more tea... it's right here."

"I'll do my best..." Sorrow picked up Vermillion's cup as she walked to the sink.
Vermillion snagged Anabel's hand drawing her softly away from the counter before bending down to lift her up in a cradle carry. Sorrow walked back past them after setting Vermillion's cup in the sink and opened the door. Vermillion carried her outside, and through the garden into the woods. "I hope you don't mind my sudden move." Vermillion set her back down his hand snagging her hand as he stood back up.

Anabel smiled and took Vermillion's hand, "I'm fine. Though it did startle me a bit...But I'm fine... So, Where are we going?" she asked as she leaned into his arm, "And where did you go... Did you even return to your mountain?"

"We are simply walking in the woods, no real destination, but I did return to the mountain. I also went to a town called Arias, its a long way from here, but home to a family of dragons who are skilled. I don't know if they will come, but I tried my best to convince them." Vermillion walked very slowly so that Anabel could keep up with the terrain. "Anabel, would it be to much of me to ask if i can stay with you in your spare room?"

Anabel held his arm tightly, then let go of it and stepped in front of him taking both his hands, "I would be delighted to have the company, but i know that you're going to end up getting rather close to me if you do stay... so i have to make a few things perfectly clear, okay?" she paused waiting for his response to make sure he was listening.

Vermillion took a knee; "I'm listening..."
Sorrow washed the dishes that were used so far, and left them in the drying rack. she took the pot and made up some more tea, and taking the pot into the next room she tapped the frame of the door to let them know she was coming in. Sorrow refilled Kartane's cup, and noted Vaine was drinking something different then tea. "I apologize for not bringing the correct drink, i'll return with another bottle, but excuse me for a moment." Sorrow half bowed politely before exiting the room. She returned with another bottle after searching one out, and refilled Vaine's glass, and without a word she left the room to return to the kitchen and set the remaining bottle on the counter.

Anabel released his hands timidly and backed away,"Well, umm... " she tucked a lock of hair behind her ear and began, "Well, As you know... I am dying... and it is very possible I will not live. That's the first thing that you have to accept." she licked her lips and bit her lower lip to keep from crying, "The second is... if you do happen to... Y'know... fall in love with me... and I do die... I-I want you to not dwell on me... I want you to move on... "

Vermillion held out his hand; "Anabel, you expel so many words of sadness to me, you're not dead yet, so take my hand and enjoy the love and companionship I offer."

"But Vermillion..." Anabel got in front of him again and placed her hands on his shoulders with tears streaming from her eyes, "Please... I need you to be okay with these things." she began trembling with from the emotions being welled up inside her, "Please..."

"Anabel, i am comfortable with these things, but I just hate how sad they make you feel." Vermillion just closed his arms around her giving her a hug.

"I'm fine..." Anabel said as she leaned into his embrace, "I'm just working on dealing with it myself. Though it shouldn't be too hard with company." she looked into vermillion's eyes and smiled, "Thank you for wanting to stay."

Vermillion relaxed his hug, but left his arms around her; "I'm happy you let me stay." Vermillion brought a hand up and let it rest atop her head before moving back down through her hair. "You're very beautiful Anabel, and you could make me happy forever..." Vermillion leaned forward and gave her a kiss on the lips.

Emotions swirled inside as she tensed and relaxed, then leaned into him, "You'd better not say that... I might just hold you to it." she smiled and kissed him back.
