Kurama sighed slightly, " He's been like this as long as I've known him. He doesn't let people in easily. I don't know why he's acting like this though since you knew him. I don't really know actually, did something happen that could have made him angry in the past?"

Ashira looked down at her feet, ".. I've always been a liability I guess.. I don't know.. I thought we were friends.. or something.. but.. I'm like a burden to him I suppose.."

((From now on I'm going to put my messages in Indigo, Mizuumi's POV in blue and Chi's POV in green ok?))
After Chi had introduced herself, she looked over at Mizuumi who was still resting against the tree. "Mizuumi, would you like to come over for dinner? We're making your favorite tonight, it's spring rolls! 3nodding " She got no response and was slightly surprised because normally at the mention of spring rolls Mizuumi's face would light up with joy. ((That's not something you see everyday lol xd )) So, she was slightly worried as she neared her best friend. "Mizuumi?" She waved her hand in her face expected Mizuumi to slash at it with her katana, but still, no response. "Hmm . . ." She pressed her hand against Mizuumi's forehead and felt that it was burning up. "Oh no, she's running another fever again, ok, what to do what to do? I know!" She ran down the street and after awhile she found Kurama and ran up to him and asked him, "Sorry to bother you again but Mizuumi has come down with a fever, do you think you can help me carry her back to my house? It's not too far it's just down the block. But you don't have to if it's out of your way or anything."

Kurama stares back at Ashira, "I wouldn't worry about it if I was you. He's acting really different from how he normally acts and I think that it has something to do with you." Kurama turns around hearing footsteps and sees Chi holding Mizuumi. "It doesn't seem to be out of our way. Are you okay with this Ashira?"

Kurama turns toward Ashira, "Actually your house is on the way, but you don't have to come if you don't wish to."

"Thank you Kurama, I am eternally grateful." Chi continued to walk down the street with Kurama always checking Mizuumi's temperature to see if it has increased or not. Sadly, it's only been increasing. Chi let out a slight sigh and said aloud, "It's funny, seeing as how she's an ice demon and she's always coming down with colds." Chi gave a bright smile and continued down the street taking a right at the curb with Kurama following along. "She's been like this, even before I met her. With a stare as cold as ice, and a heart that's even colder." Kurama had puzzled expression and stared down at the sleeping figure in his arms. Chi continued, "You see, when I met her, 6 months had passed from when her parents passed away. And since then, though she may not show it, she's been worried out of her mind, always wondering if she'd ever be able to find comfort in anyone again, hence the cause of her fevers. However, she said, after she befriended me, her fevers slowly began to fade away. However, in some rare occasions, when too many emotions are running through her mind, she comes down with fevers like this. So, I'm worried, I'm afraid that my being here, beside her as her best friend, won't help much longer. But, I don't think she's able to open her heart to anyone, not after what she saw. She lost her parents in the most heartbreaking way. And to think, she blames herself for all of it too." A heavy sigh escaped Chi's lips as she stopped in front of an apartment complex and said, "Well, this is my stop, thank you Kurama." Chi gently lifted Mizuumi from Kurama's arms and walked inside the gates, leaving him there, with much on his mind to think ponder about.

((oh those ideas are great blaugh ! but my only question is, why would koenma sned botan to get her? or why would thier be an open portal around? sweatdrop sweatdrop okay..let's brain storm to have these ideas working!! xd xd )) (Well, small portals between the Maiki and Human world open all the time, and as for Koenma... Uh... They need her healing powers?) [Hiei] "Hn." Hiei said. He flitted away, sick of everyone. He headed into the forest, picking a tree to take a nap in. ((o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o ok xp sweatdrop ))
