Alihi turned to Luna. "L-Luna... Oh, it's only you..." She sighed in relief. "Luna, do you happen to have a vulnerary on you? Rei kind of needs one..." The tactician gestured to the druid.

"I believe so." She search her person to figure out if she had one. After a few moments of searching she found one. "Here." She gave it to Rei.

Aran was about to leave the room to go train, but he just noticed Alihi looking at a beaten up Rei, and Luna handing him a Vulnary.
"What happened Rei? You look like you were just in a fight." Although Aran had a feeling it just wasn't a fight.. "Medic!" He called, as they would most likely need one.

Victoria came running at the mention of her staff being needed. Looking over Rei, she pulled out the Mend staff instead of a mere heal: she'd need it. "Now, hold still..." she said calmly. She really didn't like Shamen, they were part of Bern's forces. However, this one... he was Nino's son, she he couldn't be bad.

Amelia was still pounding her way around on the training dummy (more the post now than the dummy itself, not feeling like putting it back together again) when she heard shouts from inside the house after a faint thud. "What happened now...?" she wondered, dropping the training spear to the ground. She didn't bother to clean up, just ran right into the house, skidded a bit on the hallway runner, and turned a corner to find Rei supported by Alihi, covered in blood. Miss Victoria had arrived by now and was healing Rei's wound.
"What happened??" she demanded, eyes wide. She ran right over to Rei (Give the wounded some space? No, what makes you think that needs to be done?) and pushed his hair off of his face. "Are you feeling all right now? How'd you manage to get her with that sort of wound...?"
Amelia paused. One question at a time. She held up a hand, murmured an apologetic "Sorry," then cleared her throat and backed up. "Sorry. Okay... first. What happened to you? Jeez, give me a heart attack..." Amelia looked over to Rei's wound to see that Victoria was successfully healing it.

Rei, in no shape to handle Luna's vulnerary, simply ignored it, and continued struggling to stay conscious. "Urk..." His stomach turned. "Asami... that reptilian b***h..." He coughed, sounding like he was ab out to vomit. "...attacked me..." He almost collapsed, going back to his hands and knees. "I taught her a lesson... but she did something to me. Something bad." His arms shook, about to give out. "And those staves and remedies? Making it worse." Faint traces of dark energy began to dissipate from the Druid, akin to steam. He coughed especially badly, sending pitch-black blood onto the floor.

"Asami? Obviously, this was the same person that attacked Mel" Aran noted that eventually, most other people would be in the same shape of Rei. "If the staves won't work, then we can at least get you to a bed"

Oujay turned around when he heard a thump onto the gorund. He turned around to find a group of people surrounding a person on the floor. "Wait a minute," he muttered to himself as he looked at that person.
"Rei?" he asked aloud as he walked up to the group. Then eh saw him cough up black blood. His eyes widened. "What happened to you?" he asked as he couldn't tell what was happening. Oujay helped Rei up back onto his feet, so he can stand again.

Amelia's eyes widened. So, to recap what had happened in five seconds, their attacker had a name and a general appearance (reptilian... sort of hard to miss), Rei managed to hurt her, but now he seemed to have some sort of cursed wound that kept from healing whenever they tried to administer aid to it (in fact, they were making it worse).
She pulled Rei to his feet, leaned him entirely on her. She rubbed off his mouth with her sleeve, ignoring the churning feeling the sight of the black blood brought her. "We're getting you to bed. Aran's right. C'mon, just lean on me and walk." Amelia started for his room, making sure to go slowly for his sake.

"I'll go and get some water, and a bowl. Maybe some other things you might need, Rei" Aran headed towards the kitchen to get these things.

Rei was quickly brought to his feet by Amelia and Oujay, having his body propped entirely on the petit knight. Again struggling to speak, he managed to make a few hand motions towards the basement. "Please...put me down there." He broke out in a cold sweat, looking like he had some terrible virus. "It feels like I'm burning up." He started hoarsely panting as dark energy continued to seep out of him like steam. Rei conjured a tendril to open the door to the basement, again suggesting his placement. "...please?"

Amelia was already sweaty after her method of shutting her thoughts up (Yep, let's beat up a defenseless training dummy!) but she could feel the cold, clammy perspiration breaking out across Rei's skin, and it made her more nervous, if at all possible. She wasn't sure if this was really the best choice (there wasn't a bed downstairs) but... he was the injured party. And this wasn't a normal injury. Maybe the proximity to The Door would help him...?
"All right. All right, c'mon," she reassured him. "We're going down there." She mentally thanked Aran's foresight to get water, which could help Rei's fever, and she moved him to the steps. She paused. It wouldn't be good to just let him thunk down each step...
"Hold on tight," she directed before hefting Rei up into a bridal hold, one arm wrapped around his shoulders with the other under his knees. She made sure he was supported before starting down the steps, going slow so as to not trip, fall, and crash onto the person she was trying to help.

Aran searched around for a bowl, and soon found one. "Now he'll have something to vomit in.. Or cough blood into" Aran shuddered at the thought, but continued gathering what he needed. He got the water, and a damp towel as well. Now he just had to make sure he didn't drop any of it on his way to Rei and the others..

Rei's breathing became even more ragged with each step down the stairs, his pupils dilating and hands shaking. But, as Amelia reached the the basement floor, he became calm. Taking a deep breath, Rei was able to function relatively normally. "Okay." A pair of tendrils came from the wall and floor, lifting Rei out of the General's arms and placing him gently in front of her.
"Stay back, and keep an eye on me, okay?" He walked into the middle of the room, and calmed his breathing. As the dark steam calmed slightly, the tome in his hand began to glow, and tendrils rose out of the ground and walls around him and the door, entering with a sickening, slithery crunch.

Amelia's own hands were shaking as his dark magic coiled around him and took him out of her arms before she could set him down. She stared at him, looking pointedly to his wound; was it still bleeding? She put one hand against his shoulder, but as soon as her hand touched the fabric, he was walking ahead. The door slowly started to creak closed behind them, resting against the doorjam, but not fully shutting.
Amelia shivered, following him in slowly. She had a really bad feeling about this... She looked around, staring with wide eyes at the tendrils of dark magic surfacing and writhing about. The crackling, crunching noises sent shivers down her spine. "Rei...?" she whispered, wrapping her arms under her chest. She had no idea what he was doing, only serving to make things even more unsettling.
