*enters room and looks around for any one for sparring. no one in site, so Sir Sol approaches the punching bags, and puts forth his newly found vampire abilities, finding out that his speed and agility have increased dramatically*
"This will help my cause greatly, and maybe lead me to her..." starts to loose control and his anger is boiling. "Pathetic lycans." Still throwing his kicks. Still can do his tae kwon doe, and damn well at that.

*Walks into the room* Goes over to the punching bags and starts to let loose.........................4000 years of anger frustration and confusion racing through my mind...........*punch,kick,elbow,knee* *fades into a flash back* a few years after my family was murdered I fell in love I remember the smell of her hair as If i was still right beside her.............*the memory gets worse* "Rachel,RACHEL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" *looks and still see the blood on my hands hers and theirs......* The Lycans are gonna pay for what they have put me through for the last 4000 years *lets loose on the bag again*

Alicia walked into the training room, surveying all that she could do. Her gaze landing on the target range, she took out her trusty Sauer and emptied it of silver bullets, deciding to save those for the lycans. Putting in a new magazine, she raised her arm and aimed.
The bullets hit the target, but not quite center. "Damn," she cursed under her breath, inwardly fuming. If she was going to ever avenge Gabriel, she needed to get a better aim. Pretending that the target was a lycan, she fired again, several times, concentrating harder. Lowering her weapon to see the damage done, she was slightly pleased. One of the bullets had hit dead center.
Apparently the trick was to concentrate. She smirked. She could do that.

Rogue slammed a fist into a table, shattering it. "Damn traitors." She lifted her eyes to a vampire that was practicing some ancient form of kick boxing. She walked over to them as they stopped sparring with their partner and grabbed the vampiress' neck and pulled her close to her face, Rogue's fangs elongated, her eyes glowing a bright emerald.
"I want them all dead. Better yet, if you catch any, bring them here and we will show them what we do to traitors. Remember. The power and blood that runs in your veins was a gift as well as your curse. You embrace it or you die. We are brothers and sisters, and we function as one, and it is the only reason why we have any edge over any race. I want them to understand this. Let them understand."
Rogue let go of her neck.
"Anticipation is 9/10ths of the law around here. Instead of one step ahead, be two. Focus your mind as well as your body. You're doing well. Keep it up, you'll need it."
She walked upstairs.

John walked in with his suitcase in hand.He walked over to a table 20 feet or so away from a target and started unpacking his rifle.He slid the bolt in and mounted the scope.He locked the barrel into place and set it up on the table.John snapped the clip into place and took aim.Boom!His shot hit his mark"Bullseye,as usual." he said.

John fired several clips and stopped."Man i gotta find somthin' to do.He packed up his rifle,dismembered it and put it back into the suitcase and left.
