Sorry to hear that. Reading is good tho, whatcha been reading?

I was reading the 6th Harry Poter book, then switched to the Bible and am now going to read The Da Vinci Code again for like the millionth time. Then sometime during the week I will be hitting a bookstore for the book Grendel. I loved it when we read it for 12th grade English. My most favorite book really. What do you like to read and I hope things get good for you like, less stress.

I figured out a lil of the CSS code and what I did is good enough but CSS I've never used before. IT'S A b***h! So I'm happy with glitchy profile page. ^__^

Hopefully they change it to html or something because html is simple.

lol. I don't have stress. At least, not from school (this is something I'll explain in a minute). As for reading, I do love to read a lot... but really only get to do it for 'fun' over holidays. I'm an English major and therefore have to read loads for all my classes.

Now about stress...

I refuse to work for others. And, from what I've seen and been told, an MFA in Creative Writing is pointless - and that's the only advanced degree I'd ever consider.

That said, the only possible reason to go to grad school is to teach or get a better job. I don't want a job, at least not one someone hires me for. I absolutely refuse to compromise with my own life.

Therefore, in a way I'm 'auditing' all my classes. The only exception is that I do my best to do well on tests and essays because I *love* college life and would just as soon not get kicked out for bad grades. I don't consider this a compromise.

But school doesn't stress me because I don't let it, as I really don't care what my grades are as long as they're not failing.

GaiaCast HAS entered as a tiny bit of stress in my life because I really DO care about it. Therefore, the technical incident with Ep1 (FUBAR, IMO) was a huge letdown for me and getting Ep2 right has been a little stressful because i want to do the best I can for it.

I hope you enjoy it. It will be up shortly.

Well that is great you aren't having a lot of stress. Luck you, I don't start college till january. Health reasons keep me from enjoying normal life it seems. And I hope you get a good jopb doing what you love and it seems like you really lke writing and since you want an MFA in Creative Writing we should talk more. I'm going for a major in English/Psych but am taking creative writing courses. I would love to talk to another writer. You know, like, more than in here.
