Malik glanced at the paper and shook his head. "Even if I did know, I wouldn't be able to give you directions," he said with a shrug. It was true, his sense of direction wasn't great, plus he tried to avoid unnecessary ventures around the city. Upon Atem's pouncing upon Jounouchi, Malik smirked. "Guess the dog-catchers are losing their touch," he muttered before said "dog-catcher" appeared with what looked like Jounouchi's jacket. The uncharacteristicly friendly conversation following left Malik speechless until Jounouchi and Seto left. "Well, I thought I saw a pig flying this morning..." he commented off-handedly.

"What in the blazes....?!!" Atem stood there scratching his head, one eye wide as a dinner plate and the other one shrunken into a squint. He turned to the remaineder of the group there.
"Is there something going on with those two that no one is filling me in on?"

((A confuzzled Kaiba is a fun Kaiba! biggrin )) Kaiba nodded, noted the crazy look on Atem's face, and followed Jounouchi, "As long as it's not in a theatre that's too crowded." Kaiba hated crowds. Kaiba hated Jounouchi. So why was he following him? 'I think it's snowing in hell right now...'

Jounouchi smiled and nodded. "I know the perfect place." He said, smiling cheerfully as they walked. They soon arrived at an old fashioned theatre only playing two movies. "So... King Kong or Chronicles of Narnia?" He asked, looking at Seto curiously.

"Isn't King Kong a really old one? And how are they going to fit the entire Chronicals of Narnia into one movie? It'd have to be over five hours at least..." Kaiba certainly was behind in movie news.

Joey laughed and shook his head. "They remade King Kong and they take out or shorten scenes up in book movies. How long has it been since you've gone to a theatre?" He asked, cocking his head. There was absolutely no line at the ticket or concession counters so they had time to spare.

Kaiba thought for a second, "About eight years. Why?"

Jounouchi blinked in shock. "Are you serious?!" He shook his head and pulled him towards the counter. "Pick one."

Kaiba twitched. What was the big deal? Movies weren't real anyway, so why were they important. "Personally, I'd rather watch something other than a giant ape climbing buildings, so Chronicles of Narnia is fine." He pulled out his card and slammed it on the ticket counter to wake up the sleeping employee. He was covered in cobwebs; probably had been stuck there for a few months.

Jounouchi blinked as the man took Seto's card and rang up the bill. "Hey, you don't have to pay for it." He frowned, having pulled out his wallet to pay his own way.

"Doesn't mean I can't." Kaiba replied, waving it off. "Let's go then." He began walking towards the theatres but then stopped, "Do you want anything at the consession stand?"

"I'll pay!" He said, moving to the counter and ordering a soda for himself. It felt weird to have someone pay his way. All his friends didn't do so to help preserve his pride.

Kaiba shrugged to himself and waited for Jounouchi, looking around at how old and run-down the theatre was, 'At least it's empty. Now I remember why I never see movies.'
