Recca looks at Slade, "concerned...? about me?" she whispers. "Why would you be concered about me? you were never before!"

Slade's voice shows a hint of urgency.
"I was not aware of Slain's return before. But now that I know of his plan, I can safely get you out of here before it's too late."
Silver slams into one of the beds as Jinx hovers above her, grinning in satisfaction. "How can you fly away Silver bird, if your wings are cursed with a little bad luck?" Silver's wings lifelessly rustle, and she glares at Jinx. "How could you?"

one of the security tapes starts blinking, and Slade whirls around to freeze the image. Silver's face is seen clearly, her eyes full of tears as the picture shows her cowering away from something.

"Slade..." Recca says and looks down, "Silver..." she says looking away. "You only want me for my power! No one has ever loved me for me! Not even my own sister, jealous and hatred comes from her...and all I have is the love from my friends...that's the only love...i think I know..." she says in tears. "You...only want power.." she says to him.

the image remains frozen on the tape, then Slade presses a key and it plays in slow motion. The camera reveals another dark figure advancing upon her, an arm raised to strike as Silver shrinks back. The tape switches its play to normal, and Silver opens her mouth to scream, her eyes wide in terror.
Silver closes her eyes and brings energy back to her wings, leaping into the air again.
"I was always able to easily break you minor curses."
she says as her and Jinx start circling each other.

Recca looks with horror and falls the her knees, "please...leave her alone" she says quietly. Recca looks the the ground as tears fall from her face, "I want to...live and heal...like I have been..." she says to herself and starts thinking of everyone. "I have a lot of people here...Flix...Silver...and many others..." Recca tries to explain but it comes out very slowly with all her tears.

Jinx is thrown out of the hospital room, and Silver darts over to her and punches her. "Never....ever....do that....again!" she yells at Jinx, her eyes blazing with fury.

"To join your...side...would mean being with my sister..." she says her eyes turning darker she then shook her head. "No I'll have to refuse" she shouts running to Silver, "Thunder" she yelled as a thunder bolt hit Jinx. "I'm so sorry..." Recca said to Silver.
Yumi appears with Slade, "do you want my sisters powers that much...?" she asks. "I could get her to join...remember I am her beloved sister Slade" she said with a laugh. "What a stupid girl...her power could benefit you a lot huh Slade?" she mentioned.

Slade narrows his eyes at Recca, now out of sight, and nods to Yumi.
"You could get her to join, but she would not be ready. We must wait until the opportune moment."
Silver looks up at Recca before helping Jinx up roughly.
"Sorry for what?"

"Slade..he almost made me join..." Recca said sadly, "but I'm alright now...I can't join them" she says with a smile.
"Understood" Yumi says to Slade, "I'd really hate for her to blow our plans...but she is learning to control her powers too quickly" Yumi said looking at Slade. "You know...I noticed your fascination for these two..grow everyday"
