Maru nodded. "Thats him." He let out a slight breath and made his way gracefully into the room and towards Mupiel. He smiled. "Hey Mup. Thanks for inviting us." He looked at Kuma then back down at the little coon. "We were wondering if you think someone would want beer and where should we put it?" He didn't know if Kuma was going to ask but it looked as if he had enough on his mind.
Mupiel smiled. Elros sure knew how to cook, and seeing how she handled the salad for the petpet he didn't interupt. He turned to watch as Roka took his seat next to him. He turned as Maru finaly walked into the room. He knew that he would say something as their eyes locked. "It's no problem at all. You can take a seat whereever you like." He nodded around the table at some empty seats. He had just enough he thought mentaly. "Would anyone want beer?" He asked the table to see if anyone wanted some before they took it away. "If no one does you can put it in the refrigrator in the other room."
Nereus licked his lips. "Can't wait till thanksgiving. It's my favorite time of year." He nodded at Elros. He wanted to wait till everyone was seated before they started to dish out food. His gaze flickerd up as he saw something move by. It was a unicorn and wolf. The predator. He thought looking at the wolf. He couldn't really tell who the unicorn was but took a guess from the horn that it was Maru. It had been so long it seemed. He had longer hair then he rememberd. He watched as Maru talked to Mupeil.

"That will be alright." Sheridan said scraching Cian under the chin. "Thank you Elros very much." He said smiling cuddling agaisnt Cian.
Jamil smiled charming at Elros and became silent as the unicron and wolf joined the table. One of them was the demons old friend Maru but he didin't know which. "Maru?" He asked softly.

Elros returned Jamil's smile then turned and reached out, scratching Cian behind one of his ears. "It's no trouble," she told Sheridan then turned and scurried off to the kitchen, pausing by the doorway. "I wouldn't mind a beer," Elros answered Mupiel's question then asked one herself. "Would anybody like some salad? If not I'm just making enough for Cian."
Roka looked up at Elros and raised his right hand, waving it to get her attention. "I'd like some salad, please," he mouthed.

Kuma shifts the bag to his hip, pulling out one of each of the two kinds of beer he brought with him and offering them over to Elros, one ear flicking slightly in curiosity at this most odd guest. "Here ya go, pick your poison." He offers. "If no one else wants any I'll just stick 'em in the fridge."
He straightenes his shoulders slightly while offering a freindly grin, the gesture helping to make himself feel more confident, as well as look more confident. Meeting the freinds and family was a lot about first impressions, and he refuses to look like a nervous yip dog.
The one flip side of this is that it makes him look exactly like what he is, a predator, following some of the deep coded behaviors of his particular kind.

Maru smiled at Kuma and nodded. "I'll take one as well, doesn't matter what kind though." He turned to Elros. "I'm fine without a salad thank you though." Maru turned his head at his name being wisperd. "Yes?" He looked at the angel guessing that it came from him and for the first time noticeing Nereus. "Hey Nereus! You know how hard it is to find you now a days." He smiled brightly and walked around the table to give him a hug hello. "Man it's been so long. You have changed! How have you been?" He laughed.
Nereus smiled. "No thank you Elros." He turned to face Maru again. "Yea, I've been busy." He rubed his neck with his free hand and his other still holding Jamils and let go after giving it a slight squeeze. He stood up slowly, laugheing slighly and giving Maru a hug back. "You've changed a lot too." He looked down at Jamil. "I've been really good lately. I want you to meet someone, this is Jamil." He felt nervious like showing his bf to his parents for the first time. Hopeing they could accept him, and even if they don't he would still be together with him.
Mupiel nodded. "Yes please Elros. Would you like for me to come help you?" He turned for a moment to watch Maru and Nereus but turned around again to face her. He looked over to Sheridan to see if he wanted some salad as well as his petpet. He tilted his head slightly. He would announce everyone to be seated once they got their salad.

"I would like some as well ."Sheridan said scratching Cian ears at the rabbit flicked his ears please with the scratching. He watched the demon and talk to the unicorn the angel looking slightly nervouse.
Jamil looked up and smiled pleasantly at Maru. "It is nice to met you." He said from his chair and stood gracefully over his hand to the other to shake. He was nervouse but he wanted to make a good appearance at least.

"Thanks." Elros indiscriminately grabbed a beer then looked around at the other guests. "Doesn't look like anybody else wants one. Would you like for me to go put 'em in the fridge for you? I'm heading that way anyhow." She smiled at the wolf then ticked off her fingers as she silently made a list of everyone who wanted some salad. "You're welcome to come help me if you want, Mupiel."

"Couple do." Kuma notes with a shrug, offering one to Sheridan, before retreiving one himself and putting it to one side. "Sure, thanks, I appreciate that." He says, offering out the bag of beer. "Although i think I mighta gotten a bit more than I needed to."
He raises an eyebrow slightly at the Angel Maru now addresses, wondering who a number of the croud is, and what's going through their heads.

Mupiel nodded and followed after Elros to the Kitchen. He smiled politetly. "No thank you, Kuma." He didn't need any beer yet. He went into the fridge and looked for all the untensils they needed.
Maru smiled at the angel. "Its nice to meet you too." He nodded. He looked back at Kuma. "By the way theres someone i want you guys to meet." He waved for Kuma to come closer to shake hands. "This is Kuma." He said when Kuma finaly got closer. He noticed that there where two more bunnies at the table. He smiled and shook Roka's hand. "Hi I'm Maru." He looked across the table towards Sheridan. "I'm Maru, its a pleasure to meet you." It was kinda odd but that was the only way he knew to make everyone alittle more confortable and not left out.
Nereus smiled and held out his hand for Kuma to shake. "It's nice to meet you. He looked over to Jamil to see how he was doing and watched as Mupiel steped out of the room and back into the kitchen. He looked back at Kuma "I'll take one of those beers before you take them to the kitchen."

Sheridan smiled. "Sheridan and this is Cian." He added petting his petpet head. "It is nice to met you Maru and Kuma." He said polietly. "No beer for me."He added.
"Nice to met you." Jamil said sitting back down. "Can I get one of those beers please?" He said looking at Kuma.

"Nice to meet you..." Kuma agrees, fishing out a couple beers and offering them out. "Here, one's a bit hoppy, the other's got more malt...I figured I'd cover both tastes." He offers the choices to Jamil and Nereus. "Quite the gathering you've got going on here..."

Elros smiled and paused long enough for everyone who wanted a beer to get one then she turned and took the bag to the kitchen, setting it down on the table while she waited for Mupiel to collect what was needed from the fridge. When the coon stepped back with the salad fixings she moved forward and set the beer on the bottom shelf then straightened and shut the door. "Thank you Mu-chan. Just set all that out on the counter. I'll go get a big salad bowl."

Nereus grabed one of the beers not knowing what kind it was and set it down on the table. "I guess we better find our seats." He nodded at Kuma. "Yea, Mupiel did a good job." He slowly moved towards his and sat down. He rubed his neck and looked over towards Jamil to see how he was doing.
Maru smiled and bowed slightly. He nodded at Nereus and moved around the table where there was more room. He nodded towards the quiet bunny not far away. "How are you doing?" He didnt think he heard the bunny say anything.
Mupiel set everything ontop of the countor like Elros said. "Okay." He said with a hint of laughter. He had no idea why but just felt like it. He tilted his head trying to think. He grabed a couple knives from the drawer and set them on the table. Luckly the counter was cutting proof style.

Jamil took one not caring at the moment what is was he opened it his fingers running across the lip of the lid and smiled at Nereus. He was a little uneased at being with so many anthros but he could deal with it.

One of Roka's floppy ears lifted slightly and he turned to look at Maru, his lips curving upward in a friendly smile. He reached into his pocket and withdrew his notepad, writing in his fancy looping print "I'm doing fine. How are you?" and showed the note to the unicorn.
Elros' left ear twitched, picking up the laughter in the coon's voice, and she turned to him with her hands on her hips and asked in a mock-menacing tone, "Were you giggling at me?"
