I'm not pretty... mad Why do people say that? I don't see it. There are many who are far more deserving of that title than myself. I just don't understand... Where do you people get these crazy ideas?

As far as I know, there isn't any set standard saying that only people who look a certain way are pretty. Its all in the eye of the beholder, and though you may think you don't deserve the title because there are 'others' worthier of the compliment, that just isn't true. Being pretty or beautiful doesn't just apply to looks, it applies to personality too. No matter how attractive the person, no body wants to be around someone with a terrible personality and/or attitude.

Everybody's got their breaking points; getting over the stubborness can be quite a challenge, but it's definitely possible. It's harder to see the good qualities in oneself than those in others.

well, your sense of exasperation is your own fault, the sooner you stop arguing about it and just believe it, the sooner you'll not have that rather uncomfortable "fired-clay against your fleshy forehead" feeling.
