Duelriel From when I get home from school to when my stepdad gets home is about two hours, so I have a while to sing. I usually pop in the movie, and go through the whole thing, dancing around the living room wearing a mask or a cape or both, if I desire! Anyways, I was at the part after 'All I ask of You' when the phantom sings his sad song. I was really into the music, near tears and everything, when my stepdad comes home, bringing my brother whom I haven't seen in a year, his wife and kids. And there's me kneeling in the living room, holding a fake rose, cape, mask, and I think I might have had my punjab lasso on the couch. Now my DVD is taken away from me, and I only get the soundtrack back if I don't say anything poto related for the summer. xd While I feel for you (no PotO IS torture) you have to admit...its really funny.

Five years ago, when I was in 7th Grade, I told everyone I was dating Erik and he would "leave me notes in my locker" signed The Phantom. xd No one knew what Phantom of the Opera was, so everyone thought I had a stalker, but really I was just writing the notes myself and try to look cool.
cool I was singing in the shower, a week ago, and belted out the end of "Think of Me"... then I heard clapping. My Grandma had company over and they listened to me sing the whole song, the whole time. sweatdrop redface

Really stupid things happen to me at very inopertune times redface
My computer is really old and really sucks xd , and while I was waiting for it to load this one website, I started whistling Phantom Lyrics. All of the sudden, poof, it loads, and it should have taken at least another minute, because it just sucks like that, but it loaded. So I started whistling Phantom lyrics whenever I wanted it to do something that it probably would take forever to do, and it worked. One day, when i was really bored and listening to POTO CD, I was singing along and all of the sudden, the song end and I head people laughing. My brother and his annoying friends were listinging to my aweful singing!!! redface redface redface
The Phantom would hate me for my overall lack of vocal talent. My friend tried to make me feel better by telling me Christine probably sounded like a monkey before Erik found her, but it doesn't make me feel better. crying

One of my POTO moments would be during band class. You see we were playing songs from the POTO and when i wasn't playing i was singing along to the music, but all of a sudden our director stop the song really fast and i was caught singing. it was kinda embarassing, but what was weird is the my friend was singing along too! so i wasn't alone!

Oh, dear lord. xDDDD Before we left for vacation, both my parents were out at the store, so I but this white bedsheet and tied it around myself to look like a dress, gathered all the jewelry of mine I could find, (which isn't much.. xD; ), put it in a box which I set on the living-room table, got a hand-held mirror, and procceeded to act out Ah! Je Ris de Me Voir from Faust. (:O Major part of novel PotO.)
Youko: =DDD Aaaah! Je ris de me voir si belle en ce miroir... *wearing some of the jewlery and twirling around* Ah! Je ris de me voir si belle en ce miroir! *sways* Estce-toi, Marguerite? Estce-toi, responds moi, responds moi! Responds, responds, responds vi-te!!! *singing as loudly as I can, judging how I can control the volume* Parents: *park outside and start walking in* *stop* *pet the dog* Youko: *towards the end by now* Marguerite, ce n'est plus toi, ce n'est plus ton visage! Parents: *start walking in* Youko: Non! C'est la fille d'un roooooooi!!! Qu'on SALUE AU PAAAAAASSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! :O!!!!! Dundun-da-da-DUN-da-DA! *twirls around and kneels on the ground* Dad: ... *claps* O___o Mom: ...uhh... Youko: OH MY GOD. O_O ...EXCUSE ME. *runs away* Parents: ... *dumbstruck*
We're both reached an agreement without speaking never to mention this again. eek

I was talking to my friend on MSN, and I randomly started singing Point of no Return. So I typed the first few lyrics, and told her it was from my favourite movie. She was fine with that. But then I accidentally closed the window, I opened a new one...NOTE: I typed random lyrics...not in order...
me: WHEN WILL THE BLOOD RUN? Supposedly Danielle: wtf me: WHAT RAGING FIRE SHALL FLOOD THE SOUL? Supposedly Danielle: wtf o.O me: *checks the name of person talking to* This isn't Danielle is it? O.O Girl from school I barely know: Uhhh...nu...

I've sang "All I Ask of You" - Both Christine and Raoul's part. It's um... amusing, to say the least. I was singing it in the car, and this *cute* guy was in teh car next to me, with the window down, and I'm beling it out... Wow. This is at a red light, by the way. He's stopped, leans out "Nice voice. What song?" I'm like "Phantom of the Opera...LOVE ME, THAT'S ALL I ASSSSSSK OFFF YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!" He's like "Oh. Nice!" Then it was green, and we left. Wow. I sing bad - worse that Carlotta sometimes I think.... yeah. Good times.

Hahaha, homg, I just remembered something that happened to a friend because I had been playing Music of the Night.
Well, I listen to Phantom at night while I'm sleeping because it's really calming. My mom's friend, Faithe, had come down from MN to spend the week with us and she was using my brother's room that's right behind my room. Apparently, the walls are really thin...
Music: *Music of the Night on repeat* Hearing is believing...Music is deceiving... Faithie: *wakes up and hears it* You don't say...*goes back to sleep but wakes back up an hour later* Music: Close your eyes for your eyes will only tell the truth.... Faithie: ....... *goes back to sleep* Music: Close your eyes, start a journey to a strange new world... Faithie: Gah! Music: Close your eyes and let music set you freeee! Faithie: I'm TRYING to close my eyes!!! gonk domokun *goes back to sleep eventually*
*Next Morning*
Faithie: Abby, did you have your Phantom CD on repeat? Or am I just crazy? Me: redface Hehe, yeah, I put Music of the Night on repeat last night. Faithie: The Phantom kept telling me to close my eyes....;_; *does horrible imitation of Micheal Crawford* Clooooose yooooooour eeeeeeeeyes....!!!! Mom: O_____O Abby...I don't think you should play that anymore at night...*pats Faithie*

Let's see...
Middle of the night to two in the morning I sing all the Phantom of the Opera songs I remember. Pisses the living s**t out of my dad.
When I shower... which is rather awkward. I always sing Music of the Night and someone all ways hears me when I'm struggling to do the high pitched part why still mantaining my breath. The "... let your spirit start to soar, and you'll live as you've never lived before" one.
I love that song.

Since, like most phans here, have memorized the entire musical forward and backwards, I've been known to start humming any given song in class........when we're having a test... redface . Talk about bad timing! I'm also in the Drama Club at school, and I come to the theatre WAY earlier than I should (Taking the transit has it's perks). I've always been caught by the directors singing "Think of Me" up on stage. When I'm alone, I have an overactive imagination! lol
