The Count would read the note once passed to him from the messanger. A slight toothy grin would cross The Count's visage; the tip of a fang from his upper K9s. As a young boy had once made reference in Paris, The Count looked like a blue skinned vampire. Griffin was an interesting man, The Count looked forward to future encounters, in what ever form they happend to be. A light nod was given to the messanger. Unless he had further buisness or was waiting for The Count to send a message back, he was free to return to his other message deliverys. "Thank you" A small parting good-bye.

*Kaiori shivers in her seat, she’s handed some coffee by an assistant. She's just finished her most recent modeling job. Now she sits in the background as people move to switch the sets. She glances up at a familiar pair of purple eyes. She almost stumbles out of her seat.*

Are you done here? *Apollo’s voice rings out clear and strong. He isn’t wearing a shirt and yet like always he seems to be almost too warm in his tanned skin. He eyes her up casually as any man would his wife. He extends a clawed hand to help her too her feet.*

I don’t know how you do that, I’m freezing. *True to her words her fingers seem freezing in his warm palm. His other hand rests on the small of her back as he leads her out of the room with only a nod to the artistic crew and photographer. She leans her head on his shoulder, he smells of the spices from his village. She treasures their time in public, where he is forced to act like her husband.*

You shouldn’t model in so little clothes then. *He doesn’t look to her as he speaks; he merely leads her down the hall to the stairs, he doesn’t trust the elevators to be empty.*

You never complained about me wearing too little before. *She lets her eyes open slightly, knowing the moment they reach the stairs her little dream will end.*

*He forces her to the rail. She raises an eyebrow, so it was one of these visits. She sighs and lets her head fall back. Looking up again as she feels his claws on her skin she whispers harshly.* Hey slow down, these clothes aren’t mine you know.

*He stops all together regarding her thoughtfully.* I heard you accepted an invitation without my approval.

*Kaiori glances up at him surprised, he was being so gentle. She shrugs her shoulders while pouting her glossed lips.* No, our son did, don’t try to pin this on me.

Our son eh?... Still I don’t think you should go. Send the kids... or something.*He mutters against her skin. She strokes his hair fondly with another shrug of her shoulders.*

Maybe, why do you care? *Suddenly she regards him coldly. He’d been more of a jerk to her lately and she wasn’t about to let him off too easy. Still she didn’t exactly want to incur his wrath when he was in such a good mood.*

You are my wife, the queen no less. I’m responsible for you. *He mutters again, lifting her up to sit on the railing.*

His buisness done for the moment in Twice Royal, and a message from Griffin before his leave, The Count was ready to return to the Seven Hells Temple once more. Workers from Twice Royal had been given 2 weeks to gather the first load of supplies before resterations and renovations could commence. Loaded onto his carriage The Count would depart the city again, taking some time before reaching his current change of address, the Seven Hells.

*Kaiori sits next to the window, watching the rain fall. Her thoughts slowly drift to her husband. She loved Apollo dearly, but he always left too quickly for her tastes. This time he stayed with her most of the time thankfully, and only stopped to discuss a few matters with Griffin. His words are still clear in her head, “Just send the kids?” She presses her warm cheek to the glass and sighs letting it cool her fever.* It might be for the best, I’m getting too old for all this. Maybe, while the kids are away Apollo would actually come for a real visit. *She smirks like a wild cat, the idea was nice but she knew she could only handle her husband in short passionate bursts, anything longer and they’d become more physical then intended, and she liked her arms and legs where they were. Besides fighting with him was no fun anymore, just tiresome. He would never divorce her and her weakness wouldn’t allow her to walk away from him. She glances around her empty salon. After her model shoot she had hoped to be greeted by family but as always they were both busy.* I should get a pet or something. *She curls on her side and reaches for the wine bottle again. Her human body didn’t handle it well, but she’d rather drink herself out and throw up than wait to be found sitting here like a useless whore, again.*

"Let’s go down
Down
Lower down
Where I know I should not go
Just because everyone is doing it
Does that mean I can to?"

*Kaiori rasps out in a beautiful drunken tune. She'd decided to call the only person who stayed up as late as herself. Crawling across her white carpet in a red silk nightgown and matching knickers she reaches her new cell phone. She listens dully as the phone rings in her ear.*

“Yes?”

“Does no one say hello anymore!” *she groans and holds the phone a fair distance from her ear.*

“Ah, your majesty. Were your clothes unsatisfactory?”

“No, the clothes are fine..but…I..”

“But…I? What is it.”

“I’m… lonely.” *she sobs into the phone clutching it so hard her knuckles turn white. Maybe it was the wine talking. Maybe it was the fact that he was attractive? Maybe it was just that she couldn’t stand being alone for weeks at a time. Whatever the weakness, she needed to fill this void.*

“Fine.” *click*

*After a few moments her door would swing open, revealing an overly stylishly dressed young man. He was her favorite designer and long term, partner. *

*She was waiting and clutches to him crying. Hardly lady like she drops the wine and shoves her mouth over his. He didn’t care and neither did she, it was silent contract that kept both satisfied. The silence was deepening and she couldn’t stand it anymore. Working his buttons she moves with him to her room. She would not be waiting tonight, she’d be a useful whore.*

Trees about the forests crumpled and fell under the staggaring weight of the forces pressing through them. Twenty heavily armed units plowed through the great trees, seemingly infinite in their numbers, in an almost perfectly straight line. Dropped some hours ago these massive Growler units prowled like the beasts their names suggested, bipedal units supporting a heavily modified gattling gun in the place of either arm - though how one could modify a weapon designed to it's nearly unrivaled devistating potential was beyond anyone save their origional designer Tegral - they pressed their heavily armored bodies against trees and uprooted them with the cold impassionate ease of the killing machines they were. And, as if the Twice Royal could afford any more dangers, in the wake of these devistating units a full score - twenty - of the deadly T-2 units marched along with ease. Upchurned earth marked their location, and any blind man could see these things were definately war machines, as they marched to their predesignated location boarding around the Twice Royal, just inside the city's sights.

Rookin and his force would have been hard pressed to eliminate the city, though the tower itself would have fallen, this new force could easily show just how destructive the Admiral's designs were by destroying anything and everything that was claimed in ownership by the Twice Royal tower.

*Kaiori gets up slowly, her head pounding and her long legs tangled in the sheets. Leaving the warm bed and her companion she searches for something to throw on. Unable to find her clothes from the night before she decides to steal his. Slipping into the over sized button up shirt and pants she feels utterly spoiled. The clothes have no tags, which means he had made them. This man had talent, the fabric was tenderly soft against her skin, looking at the stitches she sighs, she could get used to this. Walking back over to her bed she kneels down to his resting head. She smiles softly, he sure was handsome and talented.... and very... screwed up... but he had won a spot in her heart for now. Kissing him on the lips she wraps her arms around his neck, leaving with one last passionate exit. She laughs as he raises an eyebrow sitting up.* Don’t you give me that look. You left some clothes here last time, they’re in the closet. I want to wear these ones today, they smell good. *She happily breathes in the scent of his clothes. He merely chuckles getting up and moving towards the closet. She leaves him there; he could get home without incident. Slipping on some heels she heads out the door.* Good bye lover. *She calls out sarcastically and he replies in an overly happy echo.*

*Walking into Griffin’s office she smiles, surprising since her hangover is killing her. He is standing at the window, looking at the machines terrorizing his lovely landscape. Kaiori walks over and hugs him from behind glancing over his shoulder.* Why is everyone in such a foul mood..oh. *Her eyes narrow also, noting the destruction outside the city. The pair of them looking deadly as can be send the secretaries shuffling out the door.* What are we going to do about that?

*Griffin shakes his head.* Nothing for now, they’re just showing off. Hopefully someone will come here representing them. I’ll tell the people we’re doing some construction or something. *Kaiori nods, her happy mood now mellowed. Perhaps she should go have a talk with these people harassing her son. Griffin would only turn this into a battle of the egos.*

Well, I’m going out then. Call me on my cell if anything changes. *She gives him and peck on the cheek and he doesn’t react. He merely goes back to work, he had a few things to take care of before talk of this random invasion continued.*

*Kaiori heads out into the street, her guns rattling under her shirt. She moves easily in her heels for someone who hates footwear. She stops at a pet shop but shakes her head with a laugh, she really couldn’t get a pet, and she would only feel bad if she neglected it.
Many heads turn in her direction, all of them wondering if it was really their queen walking down the street so openly. She walks over to a man on a motorcycle, bowing politely and chatting happily she buys it from him for twice the price he’d paid. Shoving the bills into his hand she slides into the seat, god she loved a good leather seat. Pulling her long legs up into position she revs the engine before roaring off with another polite bow of her head. She's heading calmly towards the edge of town.*

*Reaching the border of the fair city, she dismounts her beast of a machine. Unhappily she leaves the warmth of the leather seat and faces the creations. Her hair blows loosely in the wind and her eyes stare coldly. Her muscles are relaxed from last night’s activities, her posture comfortable but strong. She tilts her head and pouts her lips at the destruction of the forests. Reaching down her shirt, that doesn’t have enough buttons done up, she grabs for her guns.* HEY!! What are you doing!

The machines, all thirty two of the deadly units, tracked Kaiori's progress as she drew closer. Designed and built to be machines of death and destructions the presence of royal blood in their midst did nothing to affect their general additude - which was of course to stand around and look as tough as they where. Her words were recieved via an onboard com link, transfered through their main data bank to determine it's meaning, and ultimately ignored. Though some may respect Kaiori's deadly temper these machines were obviously cold to her fire. And, as much as she screamed, cussed, or shot her little guns the heavily armored Growler and T-2 units would emerge victorious of, not only her either, the Twice Royal.

Twelve Grolwer units registered the weapons about Kaiori's person, twenty T-2 units scanning her person for any form of electric war fare, and designated her as a very low threat rating. They said not a word, nor moved a single inch save to glance over at her. And, had they not been machines, one would assume they looked almost annoyed at her presence.

*Kaiori pauses, her bravery seems to visibly leave her. What was she doing? Why was she always so angry? She lowers her hands and her shoulders cave foward. Her eyes glance down to her feet in total submission. Her rashness had once killed her baby, and yet here she was again. Could she really do that again? Ruin the life of her child? Griffin had enough problems already without her messing everything else up. She glances up at the mechanicals wonders; she just wasn’t at that level anymore. Her shoulders tremble and shake, unable to express her feelings of inferiority. She slowly makes her way back to her bike. She speeds past the machines and just keeps going, she has somewhere to be, for once.*

*Kaiori fidgets like a bird trapped in the jaws of a predator. She is getting ready for another photo shoot; Bell is currently on a business trip in another demon country and Griffin is seemingly hiding away in his office, staring at the forces surrounding him. She glances down at her…boyfriend? Was that even the right word? They weren’t exactly in a relationship and she was married… Her eyes cloud ever so slightly at these depressing facts. She wobbles on her pedestal as he rough handles her into his latest creation. The crimson dress fits slightly awkwardly around her body, but she is too lost in her thoughts to notice, but a designers eyes are far more attentive.*

*He clears his throat slightly and reaches up, his palms on her hips; his thumbs can touch each other. He raises an eyebrow and glances up at the lost little woman before him.* You lost weight again. How am I going to finish this dress if you keep dropping your weight like this? You aren’t dieting.., are you throwing up again? Whatever it is, try and stop. Refitting this dress is really a pain. *He mutters dully as he pulls his measuring tape from around his neck and begins to measure her anew.*

*She sighs with equal dullness, pulling her hair out of his way and straightening her back. True her illness had yet to leave her, she was only getting worse and the alcohol wasn’t helping. She barely flinches as he accidentally jabs her with a needle. She lets her hand fall into his tie-dyed hair, stroking it without much thought. She kneels down beside him, crinkling the hem of her dress and causing her straps to slacken and fall passed her shoulders.*

*He regards her carefully, uncertain of how to proceed. Eventually after an awkward silence he hugs her around the shoulders. Her eyebrows furrow in confusion and he laughs.* How about you get out of that dress first, then I’ll make you feel better, without losing my job. *He chuckles again and kaiori pouts moving to shrug off the dress, muttering that he would always love his job more than her.*

*Kaiori sits in Apollo’s lap, her face hidden in the crook of his neck. She sighs into his warm skin, her eyes closed. She drifts in and out of sleep but refuses to move or speak. Apollo is too absorbed in his book to pay much attention to his wife at the moment anyways. The door to the queen’s office opens with a slam and a certain designer enters the room, he blushes and averts his attention to the ground, holding out a silk gown. He mutters an apology and leaves the room quickly after laying the dress out on the desk in front of the couple. Kaiori opens her eyes, her face still hidden, her eyes darken with sadness but she doesn’t even move to look at his retreating form, she couldn’t arouse suspicion form her jealous husband. Apollo sets down his book, his muscles flexing against his golden bands, the man really needed to learn to wear a shirt….not that she was complaining. He reaches for the dress and rubs the fabric against his rough fingers.* This one is nice, you should wear it tonight…

"Is this really the place.... I was told there wouldn't be people......." the tired old man grumbled, crossing the street among the chattering bureaucrats in training. He drew a few eyes to himself, since this was a rather wealthy district, and he wore a semi tattered lab coat, carrying a backpack of robotics and antics he collected.

"Just a few more blocks," he huffed, wanting to get away from all these people. Turning to the main Twice Royal tower, he squinted, pulling a small pair of focusing glasses out of his front pocket to look again. "Young show offs these days..... oh well, he'll have to do." Sighing again, Turing continued toward the Twice Royal tower with his odd ensemble of equipment.

Heine couldn't help but sigh in some kind of relief. It hadn't been long ago that his current year in the academy had come to a close, and now he had several months of summer to take a break from the tedium of the place. Since Twice Royal had been the closest place, it didn't take long for Heine to come here seeking some entertainment, and it took even less time for him to realize he'd probably never find something interesting in the city. Kicking his feet up in the lounge of the cafe', Heine tried to think of where he could go next. Afterall, he did have an experimental form of transportation which theoretically allowed him to get to where ever he wanted, provided he had fuel. "Dammit, dad..... I need to find more interesting people."

-------------------------------------------

The scientist looking like an hobo, Turing, had finally made his way to Griffin's tower. It was too bad he was wrong about what it was. A somewhat funky smell would loom about him; it had been about 15 or so years since the man had last bathed. Making his way to the first floor of Twice Royal, Turing attempted to shuffle his way to the nearest elevator, his backpack of odd mechanics clanging about, and he wasn't about to let any up and coming bureaucrats keep him out of the elevator.
