Cassie smiled back at him. "The only good thing about that place." she said, snuggling her back into him. she took his hand and played with it a little bit, the fire threw crazy shadows over both of them.

Cassie smiled, she never thought that she'd be here in this position with a man she loved. she stopped playing with his hand and enjoyed the feeling of his hand running through her hair.

Cassie frowned. she turned over and looked at him. "Don't say that. We'll be fine." she said. "Even if we have to fight a thousand zombies at the same time we'll both come out alive. Both of us!" *you won't leave me by myself!* she argued in her mind. she faced back to the fire in a pout.

"Shhhhhh. It's alright, no need to pout. I'm not dead now am I?" he said trying to comfort her. "The chances of either of us dieing is slim to none. But let's stop talking about death." he said as he kissed her.

Cassie sighed. she couldn't stay angry at him. not when he talked to her like that and kept on kissing her. she turned around and kissed him back.
