Started Weight Watchers: 9 March 2006

First Weight Loss Goal: 22 pounds -- GOAL MET
Current Weight Loss Goal: 25 more pounds (total of 47 pounds)

Total Loss: 32 pounds

Fitness: I work out in the gym once a week; take three walks weekly; do stomach rolls/crunches/situps once a week; do deep/forceful breathing exercises once a day.

Recent Rewards: I got back the first 2/3 of my skirts from the tailor's, and I'll be getting the last 1/3 of them back at the end of the month. All my skirts had to be taken in by two to four inches. Yay! Once I get this set of clothes back, I'll be taking in a few shirts that are now huge on me -- shirts that were tight five months ago. I'm getting there!

Non-Weight Goal: I will be able to enjoy my family reunion this October with my active family, including walks around town and country to visit sites important in our family history.

Week 13 or 14..I think...xD

Start weight: 13st 11lb (193lb)

Current weight:
13st 1lb...sometimes 13st The scales are being twitchy(183 or 182lb)

Weight Loss so far...: 10-11lb - damned scales xD

Additional notes: I haven't lost anything for a while, but after upping my aerobic exercise from 30 to 40mins and walking the normal 1hour a day I usually did and getting a little less - I've finally lost one pound and a bit xD

12st 11lb...(179lbs)

Weight Loss so far...: A stone (14lbs) - though I am on a different set of scales to before...so that may be not quite right.

Additional notes: I feel depressed and alone - my boyfriend left me and I'm not eating as much because of it.

Non-Weight Goals: I will be able to enjoy my family reunion this October with my active family, including walks around town and country to visit sites important in our family history. Also, my mother has promised that when I reach my weight goal, she'll spring for a whole new wardrobe as a gift, including new workout gear.

Goal: 20 lbs

Thoughts: I am starting anew. I think it is important to trudge on even when every part of you have given up.

Fitness: I have recently started a "boot camp" class at a local gym. It is for 4 weeks. Maybe it will give me a new kick start.

Current Weight Loss Goal: 10.2 more pounds till I hit my next 'decade' of weight (110, 120, 130, and so on are 'decades' for me)

Fitness: I work out in the gym once a week; take three walks weekly; do stomach rolls/crunches/situps once a week; do deep/forceful breathing exercises once a day.

Recent Rewards: I got my last skirts back from the tailor. All my skirts had to be taken in by two to four inches. Yay! Next week, I'll start taking in my shirts as well. I'll probably only do two to four at a time on shirts, since they're harder and more complicated to tailor, and therefore more expensive.

Non-Weight Goal: I will be able to enjoy my family reunion this October with my active family, including walks around town and country to visit sites important in our family history.

Is it worth it? Let's see. I pay about $10 per week to go to as many Weight Watchers meetings as I want. I work out, and meet interesting people in the gym and on my walks, and in the stores where I shop for exercise gear. I'm "forced" to eat healthier, and ultimately tastier, foods. Nobody's asked me if I'm pregnant in the last three months. I can now buy my lingerie at Victoria's Secret instead of at Lane Bryant. So... yeah. It's totally worth it. Even the $10 a week is worth it, because when you think about it, staying fat costs more in terms of doctor bills from all the health problems that start occurring because of being overweight. It's actually cheaper to pay the $10 a week now than to pay the thousands of dollars later in hospital bills.

I've had to start over cause of last month.

-Weight lost: I'm at 110lbs.

-Feeling: Okay. I just want the inches off

-Any fitter: Yes.

-Work out: 50 sit ups a day, 20 push ups a day, I do 20 minutes of stair climbing, and 15 minutes on a weight thingy, 20 minutes of Pilates three times a week, and Belly dancing three times a week (fun!)

- Diet: Not much salt, no fried foods, little sugar every now and then, plenty of fish, Yogurt or eggs in the morning, a salad or turkey sandwhich for lunch, and a nice dinner. Lots of green tea and water.

Weight Now: 145 lbs

Weight Goal (for the next three months): 120

Workout: Running for about 45 minutes (about 3 miles) each day. 100 crunches every night.

Diet: Watching junk food consumption.

Week 20..ish

Additional notes: I've changed my exercise routine as i got bored with the other one. I now do 30mins on my exercise bike and 30mins on my twist and shape step machine thing. I seem to be sweating a lot so I am sure it is working.

Not exactly progress, but whatever.
Before I actually started a diet, I went on a cruise, not good.
Right before school started, too. x____x;

I weighed myself, 132 lbs. x__x;
So from August (first week) to Sunday, I lost 12 pounds.
Not a lot, but not bad, since I wasn't dieting.

That's my progress so far, so we'll see if (now that I'm dieting ;D) I can keep it up, maybe increase fat loss? :]

Started: Aprilish (I haven't really been keeping track)
Starting Weight: 69kg or 151.8lbs (I think, I'm not sure if I converted correctly)
Current Weight: 61kg or about 134.2lbs (correct me if I'm wrong)
Total lost weight: 8kgs or 17.8lbs
Extra notes: Basically I just set out to become healthier. I walk the dog about 3km every day, I also do lunges, squats and barbell workouts every day or every 2 days. I cut potato out of my diet and don't eat chips or sugary things (well try not to). I also drink about 2L of water a day. I now can't really handle junky foods so I just stay away.
Extra weight to lose: I'm now just concentrating on toning. I'm happy with the number as I look slim and healthy. If the number goes lower while I tone I won't complain though xD
