(( *snugs Teen and Sono* congrats on the gorgeous pups guys, they're truly amazing. ))
His nostrils flared as he drew in a sharp breath, legs kicking out towards the wolf in a pitiful attempt to scare her away. He was NOT going to become a meal...not before he was dead anyway. The thought of having teeth ripping into his jugular was not a nice one.
He raised his head and shook it towards the female wolf, antlers swaying from side to side as he tried to make himself look scary. His one hind leg hung limp against the ground however, the arrow still there in the flesh. The movement had caused a fresh dribble of blood to run down his side.
Why had he decided to leave the herd anyway? To hide the shame that he'd been stupid enough to be shot? Oh how he wished he wasn't such a proud beast.

Gyani just moves away from the stag as it attempted to scare her, but she wasen't really in the mood for moving. "I'm not hungry, mind you. " She snorts, though, the predator prey idea sorta kicks in, the predator always thinks the prey is dumb, and the prey thinks the predator is idiotic and arrogant.
"Kicking around wont do you any good, ya know. " It was rather odd, usualy, she'd just try to scare something off or eat it, not try to communicate with it. Well, at least when it came to stags, does and those things. She didn't mind suirrels or foxes, and sorta... feared bears for their size.

What was this? Well, that'd been random enough. Maybe Kage did just need to trot around, for some excercise. Well then, why couldn't Ria do the same? Perhaps she'd even be able to find Gyani.
Trotting over to the den entrance/exit, Ria kicked aside the meat that Kage had brought earlier. She didn't feel safe when she was alone; even if she was in a den, and Kage was not far off.
As she exited, the scent of blood, and something else- unfamiliar- filled her senses. Being herself, she wanted to go investigate. While her mind told her to follow it, her instincts told her not to. She'd listen to them first.
Glancing about the area, Ria attempted to recall in which direction Gyani had left before they'd arrived at the den. The stream was not far away- and Ria knew that. She could recall the area itself now that she took some time to think about it, atleast the parts she'd been through on her way here. Gyani couldn't have gone that far- right? However far she'd gone, Ria was willing to go as well. She just wanted to make sure her friend was alright. She turned towards the direction she'd best remembered her running off into, and set off herself.

Hart fell still once more, the whites of his eyes showing as he stared at the wolf. He'd never once bothered to communicate to the fierce beasts, in fact he'd always aassumed they were too stupid to even know how to talk unless it be that irritating howling they did. His large ears twitched forwards and after a moment he looked almost hesitant.
Why would he want to talk to the enemy?
Anger took over the fear as he lashed out again, a strange braying sound leaving his throat at the pain such a movement caused. Then again he fell still, his sides heaving.
Leave me to die in peace! He snapped, foul-fanged beast. He had no love for the furred creatures who tormented his herd.

If anything Gya does, is snort. "You don't really look like you will die, and I have no interest in killing, nor eating. " She moves a few paces away, to evoid any kicks, before lying down. "Two legs, I s'pose? " She eyes the wound, wolves didn't usualy leave things like that and they aimed for the throat.

Hart gazes at her in mild surprise, his large ears turning to focus upon her. It was strange talking to a wolf in this manner, the usual way was thrashing and kicking, doing everything in his power to knock the thing unconsious before it managed to sink it's teeth into him.
He tenses as she moves but relaxes again as it seems she truly does not want to kill him, then after a moment his cool and collected voice floats free once more.
Two-legs shot me with flying death. He snorts, the muscles in his nose contracting sharply. I will die here, die from the crimson fluid that flows from my body.

She dosen't seem to look at him for long, her gaze soon grows distant, untill he speaks. "Flying death? " She blinks, sense wolf sight wasen't perfect, of course she woulden't know that the two legs shot bullets out of sticks, but this one probably meant the natives, if he had seen the thing. "You could just stop the bleeding if you wanted, ya know. " She snorts, but the deers case was actually worse, paws weren't good for moving, but at least they were better than hooves. "Can't help ya tho', I lack the capacity to do so. "

The great stag shifted again, tucking his front legs up against his chest so that he could extend the hind leg into a more comfortable position. His liquid black eyes turned to the wolf once more and he dipped his face, inhaling deeply towards her. Won't stop, no it won't. It shall drain till no more dwells within me. Shall die here, here in the gloom of the forest.
His face wrinkled in a strange frown, finish me off wolf, end my life and my suffering. He had made up his mind that meeting a quick death at the jaws of a furred monster was better than lying here waiting for the candle of life to flicker out in a gentle breeze.

Who was to refuse the wish? Gyani moved to get to her paws, letitng out a small 'As you wish' but then, as she takes a step forward, she just stops. Something tickled in her mind, whispering many things, wich she could barely understand. But it was clear, they didn't want her to finish the stag off. Startled, in return for the one step forward, she takes two back.
Why? This was but a simple task, kill a deer, not something she'd never done. Ears fold back against her skull, what the hell was rong? You can help, its just you wish. What the hell..? Ooh great, now something was telling her to help a stag, something was deffinatly rong. Wish, and I can help.
Her nose rinkles in irritatio, or maybe even fear, was this what was happening? She was truly going crazy? "I-I can't. " Oddly, she dosen't seem to say this on her own free will, she sais this because she's afraid the voices will torment her further.

A wolf says no to a free meal? Well this certainly was surprising. His small tail flicks and he arches his proud neck, the curves of his antlers raising up with a power...useless as it was. He snorts in a mocking fashion, ears falling back as he stares at her. The huge eyes seem to bulge in their sockets for a moment and then he mvoes again, the braying sound released from parted jaws.
Agony...he was in agony.
The pained muscles rippled beneath his fur coat and his head was thrown back as another bleating sound tore it's way free. What was this? His dying song?

"I-I.. I think I.. can help. " Why was she listening to the voice? Why..? Something told her to, and Gyani was used to following orders, even if it could mean she was going crazy. She takes a few more steps back, before turning and running, it kept talking, it kept whispering, and it woulden't stop. Its hard to find me at winter(In this RP, sense we're sorta late, its still mid-winter. xD), but I will lead you there, just beleive.
Beleive? Pff, she was far from that, how could she just.. Beleive in some voice that was in her mind? You are not far, look for me, I am small but with large leaves, and a green orb hidden under. I can help, if you allow me. (I dunno herbs, so I sorta made that up. xD; ) Oh, she was looking for a plant? Greeat. Just great. Look for me, At the roots of the tree, you will know.
Might as well do it, no? It isn't long before she found somehting, some large leaves at the roots of a tree, being large, the weight hung on the plants base, but that wasen't the only thing. Hidden underthe leaves were berries. This better be just coincidense, or Gyani would feel very weird. Take a leaf and a berry too, carry them back, and I'll tell you what to do.
Did those sound like.. Riddles? That was anoying. Either way, she didn't really have anything to loose, and if the voice wanted her to do that, she'd to it to shut the voice up, period. Carefully, she pulls a leaf and a berry off, making sure they woulden't snap while in her jaws before heading back, oh how weird...

Hart gave a strangle cry as the wolf fled, perhaps he was annoyed that she hadn't taken him up on his offer, or perhaps he was just afraid to be left alone. Whatever the reason was the stag began to move again.
He grunted as he stood, setting three legs firmly in the ground so that his injured one could be held up. For a moment it seemed he would fall and then he steadied, one great shoulder leaning against the tree.
Now what? He questioned bleakly, shaking his antlers free from the branch they had gotten entangled with. Oh how trees annoyed him! The bare branches rattled and then all was quiet once more.

She arrives again, snorting a bit when she notices the stubborn creature had stood up. But she awaited for the voice again, only to get annoyed by what it wanted. Your half the way, your doing a good work, this next task will be much easier, its only a few sprints away. We're be side by side, separated by a tree's long root. Take the small of us hole, and the other just take three leaves. Look north.
A few sprints away? Did it mean steps, or what? She rolls her blue eyes, this was so anoying. Digging a bit in the snow, she places both in the snow, before berrying untill the leaf only reveals a small piece.
At least itwasen't far, not too long untill she found the two. Separated by a root, too much coincidence. Its hard to decide wich is the smallest, them being similar sides. But at least she was listening this time, whatever the thing wanted, she would be getting rid of it fast. She pulled out the smallest, and took three leaves from the other, they were rather small, so she was carefull to not drop them on the way back.
There, she unburried the first two and left them on the first leaf, wich was larger, but the smaller plant was still bigger than theleaf. "Now what? " She mutters, as if annoyed.

The stage takes one step from the tree, his legs quivering under the effort that it takes. His head bows low and the liquid eyes seem suddenly dull. His nostrils quiver and his sides swell with a large breath.
Then the muscles beneath his dark pelt ripple and move and he begins to walk, each hoof pressing firmly into the frosty ground.
Then suddenly he loses his footing and his bray of pain rasps free from his throat as he staggers to his knees, fresh blood streamign down his hind leg.
...ouch.
