Izumi takes after his father, Sai, for the most part. He is gentle and kind, with a passion for Go. Happy, flirty Sora! Though he only flirts with his mate. Outside of his mate he can be quite innocent, naive, really. In the past it wasn't uncommon at all for anyone to just take advantage of him. Not anymore, now he's under the protection of Edan, another kissy fish who Sora is only too happy to kiss over and over again. Not as bold and forward as his brother, Sunfyre, but not as timid and shy as his little brother, Yuichi, Utopia is stuck between standing up to those stranger to him despite his fear, and taking care of Yuichi who he cares for dearly. He's constantly forced to get over his own timid nature to protect Yuichi. Add to the mix a beta from a family who betrayed his father and things get even more complicated for him. But Utopia has learned to take things one step at a time, and has found his own happiness that way.
