ShioriKisaragi sakurachan61123 everyone has their opinion and we're not gonna hate you for it. I'll agree that I didn't like only having three charaters, but then again. I kind of likes it because it didn't give me the chance to really hate any characters. . . Like in X . . . I HATED Kimhari. He was just dumb to me. So in this one I was kinda forced to love them all. You do have a point. That does happen a lot in never I never use Barret, Cid, Red XII, Yuffie, or Cait Sith unless I have to And in X Kimahri was one I rarly or never used I think it's sad that you guys descriminate in FFX... since all you have to do is use them once per battle and they all get the same xp. Needless to say that's what I did. In VIII I never used Irvine... infact even though I've gotten everyone to lv 100 and maxxed their stats through tedious item refining quests Irvine is still at lv 11... which is what he was at when I got him. Him and Selphie... though I use her sometimes cuz of her limit breaks.

X-2 only makes x look a little bad. I like X-2's battle system far more than I like X's. It's just more intense and dynamic and has a rock and roll beat to kill fiends to. The storyline however sucked a**.

I refused to vote because i think both of them sucked. FF1-8 were awsome, the sotry line the characters the weapons every was awsome. FF9 was pretty good the storyline wasnt all that great IMO. But FF10 and 10-2 were just not for me. I beat FF10 twice and each time it was very boring and dull. I played FF10-2 for about an hour then i turned it off cuz i realized it was never going to be worth playing. SE needs to go back to the basics and make true masterpeices like FF1-8 were. but just my 2 cents.

X2 wasn't so bad, i still prefer X though. I mean X had a better story to me. But X2 was still fun. For those of you who haven't beaten X2 and got the good ending you better get it. It's cool.

Now that I've started, finished, started again, and gotten everything in the game with fully leveled and maxx stats on my characters I can voice my proper opinions on the game... which are:
I think that X-2 doesn't just make X look bad... but X and X-2 make the entire series of Final fantasy look bad. Their plots were lame, predictable, and frankly I don't too much thrill out of dressing my characters up in poorly designed clothing, or out of lighting up bubbles across a poorly constructed board game. I'd rather not ever see this kinda of crap to ever come out of a game store again... much less from SE. The least they could do is have some good music, like in the older days of the series. I can't find a song I truly enjoy in either game.. unless it's remixed... and then theres still only one song. I can't take any more of this... if they make anymore games as pathetic as those two I'm going to kill myself and SE will have lost one of their most deticated fans ever. *goes off to play ff6 to calm down*

It's not that I didn't want to lvl everyone up because I could care less about that, but it's the fact that iI really hated Kimhari. His attacks annoyed me and so yeah. I didn't use him. Those two games were great. I will admit that X was easy to beat because you seriously couldn't lose . . . which annoyed me because I was kinda like . . . wtf? Why would you make a game that you can't lose to? Never-the-less I still like both games. I have explained repeatedly why these games are good and how most of you people are taking it for face value.
"The dresspheres are annoying, the girls are skanky, the battle system was annoying."
I will repost my reasoning as to why the girls aren't "whores" if need be. The girls never sleep with anyone (if I remember right), and the battle system was pretty damn close to 7. Besides the fact that they move around a bit more than 7 characters do, you still have the wait bar. It's also better off in that game to have dress spheres. Without them, you get three girls and they each have one set of abilities. None of them would be able to cast magic, do havier damage, throw things etc. Dresspheres were the way to make up for not letting other characters into the party. Had they put more people in the party, there wouldn't be dresspheres because of the fact that you have more characters and each of them have a different class. The games are more based on technology and modern japanese culture. It's more modern.

In all honesty I liked them both just the same.X-2 was just the next chapter of the FFX story and therefore rateing to see which was better is uneccesary.In fact I rather think of it as the like a late second disc.All the changes that were made seemed necessary especially considering the situation they were in.It was a time of enlightenment during their year of 'Calm' so experiementing with new looks and the change of holding onto pass religions were expected.
The FFX game was just fine as well as FFX-2 and I find nothing wrong with either of them since they both make one story.Besides the only reason FFX-2 was made in the first place was for fans such as yourselves to see the romantic ending you know should have happened in the first place. 3nodding

What do you think about 10-2? how is yuna a slut? if she were a slut she'd forget about Tidus and evrything he's done for her? she'd just go with any random guy isnt that the true meaning of a slut?. forget about her clothes look at her personality she hasnt changed except for the fact she's tougher and more determined than ever to find Tidus no matter what. and I dont get you? you call Yuna a slut but you dont call Rikku a slut? she's wearing a bathing suit top and a skirt? how come you dont call her a slut? not that I think she's a slut either cause neither of them are. BUt I dont understand why everyone critizes Yuna so much yeah her clothes changed but so what? what about what really matters her personality?

First of all, she wasn't bubbly at all in the first game, and in X-2 she's as bad as Rikku (for the record, I like Rikku bubbly, just not Yuna). If anything, Yuna was very softspoken and polite in the first game, unless she needed to be forceful, in which case she could be. I'm not saying she can't have changed at all, but they shouldn't have completely redone her character from scratch. Oh, and as for her determination? Please, never say that she's more determined in the second game. In X, she was willing to die to defeat Sin,and in X-2, she'd probably go off her 'quest' if someone needed her to go fetch some sugar. Now, I agree that she isn't a slut, but the clothes really aren't her, either. It may be her personality that matters, but your personality affects what you wear, and you can't even say that's it just the dresspheres' fault, because the others' clothes are different. As for Rikku, I'm not overly happy about her choice of attire either, but it fits her character better than Yuna's at least. (As a side note, I don't mind the clothes themselves, just who's wearing them, although I admit, it would be strange to see Rikku's Lady Luck walking down the street.) I'm sorry for repeating some things, but they need to be said again.

I liked X better, because i hated the new battle system its just wasn't me. Also i liked the story line better, because in X-2 they were just trying to get spheres,while in X they were on a bigger mission, which was to stop sin. So therefore i liked X a lot more better!

X-2 had a great concept, it was just approached wrong
that concept was approached RIGHT in FF5
Everyone who thought X-2 was at least halfway decent should get FF5, no kidding. They recently are selling it for advance, so get it, its good. COMPLETE CHARACER BUILDING CONTROL!!! You can have a white mage use swords, or have a dragoon call summons! Much, much better than X-2... you can change your cloths... woohoo.

I think X-2 was decent for a game, just I'm not part of the target audience. However good it may be though, it pales in comparison to X.
