((an 18 and i 23, very nice rolls! ^.^))
many rumors and tales are town, and our investigators learn that Elaith The Serpent has sent a group of envoys to act as middlemen in the purchase of a valuable item of sentimental signifigance to him, which he claims to have seen a tenday before. many people ask our heroes if they have had any troubles with their purchase, or how much longer they intend to stay before heading back to Tethyr. the Than family's Vineyard there has been as full as ever and the work needed is substantial.

Well, this explains his intentions, but why the imposters? Why have people disguise themselves as us to make a simple transaction? Robert thought to himself. And then another possible explination came to his mind. Perhaps the imposters themselves intend to steal the item and betray Serpent, blaming the theft on us while they make off with the goods. Robert went then to inform the others of his findings and suspicions, not of Serpent, but of the four accompanying him, as well as the fact that Serpent most likely intends to be returning to Tethyr once the purchase is complete.

((forgive my absense fellows, bit of trouble that i am still having with geting onto gaia... my own laptop isdead, which is screwy becaus et contains all my files on the campaign setting i have been working on for litterally 6 years now... anyway, it will be difficult for me to get on to gaia for a while. so bar with me. also, all th einfo that you will gather by today has been discovered.))
as night falls our heroes are still sepperated. everyone seem sto be packing up, and it feels as though anyone could for a split second appear to be the observer's own mirror. fatigue and paranoia mix as the hours slip by. they will soon have to find an inn.

Robert lets the others look for the inn. He himself was prepared to set up camp outside of the town as need be, though the thought of a soft bed and a hot meal prepared for him sounded like the better option.

as our heroes check into a decent inn, the burly looking clerk with a brown fuzzy moustache welcomes them
"well, come on in travellers! welcome to the Mounted Buck!" he rumbled. "we've upstairs rooms for 5 silver coins a night each, and meals accomodated breakfast lunch and supper fer an additional 5 silver coins."
after paying, the search weary investigators settle down to supper before bed, and relax in the smokey, feast-scented cedarwood establishment. in the warmth and cozyness of good company and strong ale, they seem to almost fall asleep in their chairs. just when they are getting up to head to bed, the spot to their bewilderment... themselves! the very same image just talking to the barman. noticing that they have been spotted the imposters flee the scene in a violent and obvious manor, causing a huge comotion in the process. the whole inn is quickly in an uproar, scrambling to get in the way of the rebelious doubles.

60/72 spell points 15/15 Turn Undead Attempts Total Hit Points: 58/58 AC: 19
Robert wasted no time. As soon as the imposters were spotted, He began casting a hold person spell (one standard action to cast, DC 15, 3 SP spent), using it on the fake human ranger. He would then cast True Seeing upon himself to see who and what these imposters really were (one standard action, 9 SP spent).

Falco will jump before the other impostors cutting them off before the door blocking their escape "well well what have we here? the very impostors that we were just searching for" he said tightening his fist to generate a glowing dark blue longsword of psionic energy. pointing it at them "mind explaining what you are doing?" readies an attack if they do anything suspicious beside answering

(first of all initiative everyone. i see that Robert has elected to cast a spell and begin casting another on his turn. while Falco chooses the Ready option. i will make a single roll with a +7 modifier for all of the imposters.)

Rolling Initiative chack, no bonuses
((Also, in order to get duce to work, simply select roll dice, then click on Preview. That will load the dice roller up. I have to do it all the time.))
God I hate crappy rolls >.>
Also both spells would be cast on the same turn since both are standard actions, and a full round is two standard action spells, unless you're giving us the surprise advantage of a single action before the turns start.
