Today:
exercise -- 300 cals, 3.o miles at the gym., 700 cals on ddr~! 1,000 cals total today.
bkfst -- oatmeal, I ate like almost none of it because it was nasty. And I like oatmeal.
lunch -- crying lets just say no change under 1,000 cals
dinner -- crying crying crying even worse
I think I might do 6 or 7 hundred on the ddr tonight to try and cancel out lunch.

@the omelet story: I'd be mad. T__T I don't like meat lover's stuff at all, and I love chicken... It's weird though, because I love meat, but I guess just not when it's all together. xD
You're doing really well with burning those calories! Keep it up, and you'll see more results in no time ^_^

sad thing is, it wasn't a lot of food, just really high in calories.
I have this huge anti sending things back thing after watching Waiting. Besides, me and my mom got our food for free.

Startin' the 30 day shred today. what what!
exercise -- 30 day shred level 1, 320 cals on ddr (30 minutes)
bkfst -- n/a
snack-- pizza rolls (350 cals)
lunch -- hamburger (like 300 cals)
snack -- I was making cupcakes and decorating. I ate one and a half cupcake, some icing, and so on and so forth
dinner -- moussaka and garlic bread. crying i love moussaka

lunch -- chicken korma
snack -- decorating cookies all day so i'm gonna tax myself 400 cals in that department.
dinner -- tamales
I never want to see a cookie or a cupcake ever again. gonk

exercise : 1hr walk with the dogs for 3 miles (398 cals burned). DDR 388 cals~! bkfst -- n/a woke up at noon lunch -- 2 slices of toast and a grilled tomato (190) snack -- cookie, and chocolate orange (600) dinner -- chinese style vegetable and white chicken (310) water -- 6 / 6 So fat today: +toast +tomato +cookie +c.orange +chicken/vegi - Walk (39 cool ------------ 1100 cals / 1200 - 786 cals burned / 700 --------------------- Intake: 314 cals

Whoa, I've never heard of a chocolate orange o.o But it sounds kinda tasty xd Are you doing the Jillian Michaels shred movie? I was considering picking it up in Shopko the other day. How is it?

what what! 196lbs~! heart I'm off to walk the doggies. exercise -- 1 hr walk with ze doggies. super windy!!! (388 cals), 1 1/2 hrs playing ddr (800 cals) bkfst -- banana (100 cals) snack -- pretzels (110 cals), 2 cookies (200 cals) lunch -- moussaka... i'm just gonna say 500 cals dinner -- macaroni with beef~! (280 cals) snack -- went out to denny's and had like 300 cals worth of chicken strip and mozzerall stick and then another 400 cals in some desert nacho thing. Not as bad as what I thought it would be. Water -- 7 / 6 1,900 / 1200 1288 cals burned / 700 -------------- Intake : 612 cals

gah, so i wanna have moussaka for lunch but i can't figure out how many calories are in it. My recipe is very old so I've been searching online for one similar and can't find it.
Plus they all rang from 350 to 700 calories. crying

I think I'm gonna count down on hanging with my friends if they're going out to smoke the hookah at a bar. why? because we get the munchies and end up going to denny's or something crying

But i'm pretty sure it's just water retention because I feel all bloated. exercise -- 1hr walk with ze doggies (420 cals), ddr (300 cals) bkfst -- banana (100) snack -- cookie (150) lunch -- ham and steamed veggies (250) snack -- n/a dinner -- ham (150 cals) for protien so i wouldn't get hunger pains, and then rigatoni w/ chicken & broccoli (290 cals) snack -- tangerine (85) Water -- 5 / 6 1,025 / 1200 720 cals burned / 700 -------------- Intake : 305 cals ***EDIT -- xd xd xd Woot i was right, it was water retention, I stood on the scale again before lunch and i was at 196.0
