Athena would win. There's a reason she becomes the leader. She's a goddess of warfare and strategy. And according to myth, she was more powerful than Zues himself.
Xena was able to kill Artemis relatively easily. She just threw one of her arrows back at her. Do you think she could have done that with Athena?
If Athena was fighting Artemis, they'd dance around with it for a few minutes. But Athena rarely unleashes everything she's got right away. Artemis does. So then, when Athena got tired of it, she'd kick into high gear, and take down Artemis in a jiffy. whee
