Hmmmm, you give me tough questions...
I suppose it depends on who you're talking about. Even the most powerful person in the world could have some sort of emotional weakness. You could then consider that emotion strong. Where as some people are overwhelmed by power, despite having emotional and mental strength. It can be very specific or very general. There's really no way to tell to be honest.

Everyone has their reasons for doing things Older Soren.
Perhaps they desired the need to be noticed, since morphs are indeed rare at this day and age. We must not forget there are three groups people living in this world, not two.
