Masa entered through the front doors of the market. A piece of paper was in his hands. "Why does he make me buy these? At least he doesn't make me cross dress." He looked at all people running around.

walks by with her cousin, suddenly wishing she wasn't to strong to cry in public. Seeing Kasanoda and his mom made her miss her mom terribly. Dezy led Val into a family bathroom, and locked the door, letting Val have a moment to herself

He saw a store that was selling snacks and slowly made his way towards it. After checking his watch, he decided to go in. "He probably wouldn't mind if I pick up a few things first."

Kasanoda spotted everyone and walked over to them with his mother. "Everyone!!! Meet my mother!!!!!! Oka-san, these are my friends from school!!"
She looked surprised. "These are your friends? Son, you have such wonderful-looking friends..."
He blushed.

Inside the store, Masa started picking up several snack foods. "Ah, pocky sticks. I'll take a couple of these...Ooh, my favorite rice crackers....Daifuku!"

Kasanoda began to sweat. His mother began to smile and laugh. "You know, I was so worried you wouldn't have friends because of your lifestyle! And it was one of the many reasons why I regretted having left you... But you overcame that obstacle... So, you told me you were in some clubs? What?"
"Oh, gardening and the hos--" He stopped short. I don't wanna tell her that!!!! Oh, what do I have left to lose....? he thought. "i'm also in the host club..."
Her eyes turned wide. "UWAAAHHH!!! You mean those delectable students such as Suoh-kun, the twins, that elegant wild man, Morinozuka, and the little cutie pie, Haninozuka and the megane manager, Ootori?!?!?!?! OHH WOOWWWWW!!!" Kasanoda flinched. "Huh? Did I miss something?"
"Oh, I'm sorry, son... But they're so beautiful, they make all women feel bad about appearances..."
KAsanoda sighed. What does that say about me....?

Kasanoda blinked. He picked her up. "Val-san, this is my mother. Oka-san, meet my friend, Val-san." His mother bowed in deep respect. "Hello, it is so nice to see my son have friends; I'm glad you understand his position and are still able to befriend him," she said with a smile.
