I have two Tier 0 Characters, oen of which was used for plot purposes and another that has not yet been created to his full extent. Torment can only be called Tier 0 if his temporal manipulation powers are unlocked, like I've said many times, but THEY NEVER CAN BE. The one that can unlock them was a being inside his own head which was, in ignorance, expelled and erased.
As for good RPers, look up James Morgan, Ebil Mecha Pup, Lyger (though his grammar hurts my head sometimes), Bolt, Shapeshifter Keioko, and Cleric Pei. Possibly Darkteardrops, Gelmax, and Chris Ganale. Vincent of the Fire is another you might consider.

Torment, how about you and me have a little exhibition match? I'll go for real and won't take cheesy little hits, you will have to work for your damage. I'll also give Drake a real work out, can't get rusty!
