Margret's eyes widened a little bit as she gave Adrian a smile. "Oh! Well, Dear, I guess we're roommates for the year. Strange, we must have just missed each other."

She had just finished talking when the latest girl came up and Eliza asked her to join them. 'Wow, what a group this is turning into,' she thought nervously. It wasn't that she didn't like people, but she wasn't much for the big groups of strangers. She decided to think up some excuse to leave the shop as soon as she'd finished her drink. Not that she didn't want to get to know these people, they all seemed nice, but it was a bit much for one day.

"My name's Lila." I answered. The situation was still awkward and I knew it. It appeared on the others reactions and expressions, so there was only one thing I could do. I take out my cell and looked worried and rushed. "Oh, no! I have to go and see my fiancé! It was nice meeting you all. Good bye!" I rushed out. I didn't know why I used a fiancé excuse, but it mattered not. Taking out the map for the school area, I headed for the campus grounds where everything was laid out like a park. Sitting down beneath an apple tree, took out my sketch book and supplies and started to sketch random people who passed by.

Kat looked at Margaret and gave her a puzzled look as she quickly left the booth. Fiance? She couldn't older than Kat herself. Oh well, she shrugged it off, and said bye about a second to late. Then Kat started stroking Mouse again, and she gave him another one of his favorite treats. "So, what classes do you guys have?" Kat asked again.

An eyebrow rose curiously at the girl's words. Fiance? Shrugging it off though, he belatedly held a hand in the air to give a wave of farewell. Dropping the previously risen hand, he took a drink of his coffee and shrugged in response to Kat's inquiry. "Psychology, Music, Football." The far left of his mouth quirked upward in a smile at the sharp contrast of the three classes.

Kat giggled a little and continued mindlessly stroking Mouse. "I have phycology too, and french. Im doing Hockey again."Kat struggled to keep conversation. Silence was not one of her friends. But foremost, her drink was empty again. So she scooted out of the booth and quickly got more, then sat back down next to Mouse.

Adrian sat listening to the others, giving Margret a smile when she announced that they would infact be roommates. When the other girl, Lila, appeared, Adrian kept her silence, and as Lila left, she couldn't help but raise an eye brow at how she had simply came and went. A glance around the table said that her comrades felt the same, but decided to not gossip on the subject. After Kat had spoken, silence fell again, and it was irritating. Adrian, who was rather quiet, never really like for others to be quiet as well, thus sparking the courage for her to speak, this time more audible and clearly, her accent still very faint... or maybe it was just the caffine in her drink.

"Hm... well, I have Music and Dance and I also joined the Writing Club, but I cannot wait until the soccer season begins... I don't like to be physically innactive for a long time... are any of you guys seniors?"

If no one could think of something to talk about, they did now. Adrian kept her drink in both hands as she spoke, her dark eyes looking up with curiosity, but when she was done, she looked back down to her drink, her black hair covering up the eyes which just seconds ago where visible througout the room.

Margret was slightly surprised by Lila's appearance and sudden departure. 'A fiance? My goodness, is that even possible? I mean, I suppose, but I couldn't picture being engaged for a least a few more years.'

Shaking her head, she joined into the conversation.
"Um, I have Japanese, studio art and play volley ball." She raised her eyebrows at Adrian. "You're in the writhing club as well? My, we really will be seeing quite a bit of each other won't we? And actually, I'm a junior."

Margret looked at Riley. 'My, makes me possibly look forward to going to a football game once in a while.' This thought made her blush almost instantly and she tried to hide it by taking a sip of her drink.

Eliza smiled distantly and muttered about having Music and Journalism. She was rather curious about Lila's comment before rushing out of the store, and was pondering over it. Who has a fiance in high school? It's slightly odd, isn't it? Are they just ambitious and ready to get married right away, or is there something deeper and more complicated than she understood? Either way, Eliza was shaken from her thoughts when Adrian spoke of seniors. "What seniors?" She asked as she jerked her head slightly, oblivious to anything said prior to the mention of their superiors.

Adrian looked up to give a warm smile to Margret, blushing slightly. She then turned to Eliza with a curious look.

"Uh... do you not... like seniors?" Her voice was still soft, and when it was soft, her accent showed more.

Connor continued to silently drink his coffee as he listened to the conversation. When Adrian inquired about seniors, he opted to simply shake his head slightly. Sensing another's eyes on him, he shifted a curious gaze to Margret. Blushing? He blinked. Huh? Both of his broad shoulders rose and fell in a non-chalant shrug.

Kat looked around the little shop, remembering some things that had went on there. She gave a little shrug with her left shoulder and looked up at Adrian. "Im a junior." Kat yawned, still a bit drowzy from her nap at orientation. She set Mouse down on the floor and let him walk around a bit. He smelled Conner's leg and then continued to walk around, only going a couple feet from the table at most.

Eliza gathered what the inquirement was from Kat's answer. "Oh, seniors, no I'm a junior. Though I have some senior friends. They're kool." She shook her head and sipped her drink. She looked around and caught sight of Ms Walker, who was biting her lip, though trying to smile. She gave a slightly puzzled look, then took out her cell. "Oh, sang, this place is supposed to be closed, guys! We better get out of here." She said a slight sorry in Ms Walker's direction, tossed another dollar in the tip tray and stood, taking her drink and heading toward the door.

"Oh! Im so sorry, Mrs. Walker!" Kat gave her an apologetic face and grabbed Mouse and quickley put him back into his travel bag. Then she tossed a couple dollers in the tips place, like Eliza, and grabbed her drink and hurried out the door. When she got outside, she stopped to wait for everyone else.

Peg's eye's widened at Eliza's statement and checked her watch. "Oh, bugger! It is rather late isn't it?" She stood up, added her contribution to the tip jar with a fast apology, then followed the others outside. "Well, I believe the whole town will be closed down by now, so it's back to campus, I suppose. Are we going to hang out some more there or call it a night and see each other some other time?"

"I don't know, lets wait for the others and decide. But, we can exchange numbers!" Kat giggled with excitement and whipped out her phone. Mouse whined, signaling to Kat that he wanted out. She looked down at him and whispered, "Only for a bit, just pee, and you're back in, got it?" Kat then let Mouse down to relive himself, and after, let him back in. Then she looked up at Peg to make sure she had her phone out, and reedy to take her number, assuming she had a phone, of course. Kat giggled a little as she thought this. "Do you have a cell phone?"
