@Nicoledm; First, you wait for an admin to grade your Okiya placement test and then start posting to the Okiya you've been put into. There, you need to make 20-40 numbered posts to become a maiko. How many exactly depends on the quality of the roleplay messages and you Okiya head will decite when you're ready.
