@enigma101 - Just a massive work with photoshop, making one master layer for every frame, but at least I'm used to have arond 500-600 layers sweatdrop
I should suggest you to pick up from the net street fighter game sprites and use them as reference, It's a good start, now I don't need them anymore, I can make everything I want to see my avie do 3nodding

I just want to say that your anims are amazing. I've tried animating avatars myself, and it's really hard. xd

Kewl thats what i do... make master frames then edit them individually into layers to make the animation... hmm well there u go... i tend to start getting confused over 70 layers.

Updated! Now I've improved a bit with a better animation spell, the spell name (maybe I will change it again) and Lap Synch 3nodding any suggestion?
