Okay.. Uhh.
Example.
Person eats food. Lots. More than needed, by far. = Binge.
Person walks to the bathroom, and hurls all the food eaten. = Purge.
There's also some play with laxatives, but uhh--..that's the general idea. Very..general.

*points to journal* Ahem, Rwada Hotel, very sickening and disgusting especially when based on a true story, the acting can be touched up a bit but the millions of dead in the streets and how all this is based on the true story... you'll forget to munch on that pathetic bag of popcorn of yours...
