Zsinor held on as he took off, closing her eyes for that first burst of air. She looked around after, staring at the scenery she now knew, and wishing they could stay longer.

Paris flew slowly at first, wanting to stay with her longer. The beach slowly became farther away. "What are you thinking?" she asked suddenly.

Zsinor turned to look at him as he spoke, staring at him with her eyes. She didn't know what she was thinking. She wasn't really thinking, it was more pure feeling. "Nothing..." she replied, disappointed at herself that that was the best she could come up with.

Paris sighed. "I see," he tried not to sound disappointed. "Did you like the beach?" He tried to take his mind off wondering what her thoughts were.

Zsinor couldn't help but feel like her answer had let him down, and she felt bad for that. "Yes..." She replied about the beach, she had found it very fun indeed.

"Maybe we can return sometime in the future," he smiled back at her. Paris worried that she seem sad. But he wasn't sure. As the sun began to sink faster, Paris knew he had to hurry. "Please hold on as tight as you can," he said after they had been flyin for a few more minutes.

Zsinor nodded, and revealed on her face what could just barley be made out as a smile. She looked up at the approaching stars, and then looked forward. "Ok..." She said as she gripped onto him more.

Paris then flapped his wings harder, sending them speeding through the air. He zipped through the sky, now desperate to beat the night. He didn't want to take the chance of ruining this perfect day. He couldn't allow himself to do anything to hurt her.

Zsinor held on tight, her eyes closed, as he sped through the sky. It filled her with a cold rush as the the wind whipped at her.

They soon came around the mountain again. This time Paris didn't even let himself look at him cave. As close as it was to nightfall, it would be very unwise and extremely unsafe. He looked back to make sure Zsinor was alright. Though her eyes were closed, she didn't seem to be scared.

Zsinor listened with her ears as they went, entertaining herself in the temporary blindness with the whistling of the air. She felt as if they would be nearing her home soon.

Paris soon saw the clearing and began to descend. "We're here," he said softly into Zsinor's ear. He had landed so softly, you never would have known he had stopped if not for the lack of breeze.

Zsinor lifted her head, opened her eyes, and looked around as they smoothly landed. There were back at her home, or her bush. She quietly got off of his back and walked a few steps before turning around to look at him.

Paris couldn't help but feel a longing to stay with her. He knew it was a silly thought. But he still hated leaving her; especially without explaining why he couldn't stay longer. He had the desire to go over and embrace her before he left, but he held himself back. "I guess this is goodbye then."

Zsinor nodded. "Goodbye...." she said, a very slight wavering in her voice. She turned away and walked behind her bush, her back to him. She wanted to stay with him, and it saddened her. A single tear silently stroked her face.
