She smiled and nodded. "My name is Kikyoku." She pressed a button on her laptop and 80 different files and pictures started popping up on the screen. "Most of these are just different angles from the crime scenes or websites I found that locals have put up both related and nonrelated to the murders. Over 30 of them are actual files with info I gathered on my own, through rumors, and from the police's files. As you can see, there are mulitple theories people had, but most of them I've marked with red Xs to show that they are false."

"i see." Kaori said scanning through the files with her eyes.
some of the files were just views of different people and some pictures of the before scenes that people took either during parties or something. but there was one thing that caught her eye after the first 40 pictures that she had seen.
"hey, do you remember Alex?" she siad asking Kikyoku, still scanning the pictures with a facial expression growing more and more on her face.

She sat up in her chair and hugged her knees close to her chest. "Alex? That guy back at the crime scene who was supposed to keep an eye on me? Yeah. I'd met him a couple of times before then. At the church I woke up in after being dragged out of the vents and at a cafe not far from the college and park not 8 blocks from here. Why do you ask?" It was obvious that she knew that Kaori had a reason of bringing him up.

Kaori nodded, her face showing more of an idea popping into her head. She looked through all the photos of the parties and events that had been raided. she pointed to the latest one of the previous night.
"well, since its only been happening in this town, people know people, and i've seen alex's face in the majority of these photos. Wether he's in the back or just ther." she said quietly

She nodded. "So you noticed too? I'm not from here, but I'd seen him a couple of times. Then there were several times that I ran into him that made him seem suspicous. The first time I talked to him was in the church I woke up in after being kidnapped. Plus there's the time in the cafe when he was able to show me a picture of the monster killing someone, but yet he was allowed to survive?" She shook her head.

"wait, did you say church?" Kaori said baffled.
"he can be a suspect, but the moster cant go into the church, it's been proven already. lets just keep him on the list. There's another person here that look suspicious."
Kaori pointed to a girl a little older that her age. She had blonde hair, and once again, she was in the majority of the pages. And she was always near the people that wouldve been killed that night.

"Hmm, I noticed her too, but she didn't really come off as the kind that would be responsible. When I talked to Alex, he had this, i don't know any better way to explain this, aura about him that seemed a little dark. I pulled up his file in the police record, please don't throw me in jail for that, and did some research. If I remember right, his parents were murdered. BUt, then again, I don't know the girl's name, and looks can change, so I haven't been able to look her up yet."

"okay, so i guess we can start checking up on the suspects today. Starting with her. Alex can wait a bit. He isnt that hard to find anyways." She said picking through the files again.

Alex was just sitting in the cafe, just minding his time, making sure that nobody found him suspicious. "Good, everyone's minding their own business." He said to himself as he noticed one of the women behind the counter notice him there. Alex just went back to his mug, smiling. 'we have our victim then.'

"ah! she's the daughter of one of our lawyers here in the town, Miyako, i think thats her name." kaori looked at her map of the city, "her house is the venecian looking one by city hall."

"Oh. Her family owns that house. I've seen it a couple of times. I'll be sure to keep an eye on there for a while then when I pass."
