Lore considered it with amusement, he didn't see why not. He could ask, and it wasn't like he was lacking in funds to build it (not after selling most of his things after he moved). The man chuckled at that, that sounded like a fine idea.

"That sounds like a wonderful project," he chuckled, "A haven from the winter."

Even though winter agreed with him more than summer, there was only so much cold a person can take.

Luthien watched Iris playing with Triton's tail, and she laughed softly.

"She seems sweet enough, though," she murmured softly. "Actually, she reminds me of how Kaito used to be ... though Kaito's settled down quite a bit. He's so different from the last time I saw him ..."



The light in Sir Valdemar's eyes faded slightly, but he smiled anyways and nodded.

"I might have known," he murmured softly. "Yes ... if there is anyone that would know about the stars, he is the one."

"Just you wait," Lore murmured, "Everything will speed way in the catching up with the people here, and then the people who will come, and then the day we've been waiting for."

He looked out at the garden, and he began chuckling at himself, as if remembering something from long ago.

Sir Valdemar chuckled softly, his eyes softening, and he relaxed into his chair once more.

"Then you are indeed one of his special friends," he murmured softly.

Just then there were footsteps in the hallway, and Earendil appeared once more, his hair wet but neatly brushed, his clothes so fresh they were still creased in some places. He stopped in his tracks when he saw how many more people were in Sir Valdemar's study, and he blinked in surprise.

"Ah," he blinked. "More of our guests ..."

He peered past the angels at Lin and asked, "More of your family?"



Luthien giggled slightly. "Yes, I saw them all already," she assured Triton. "I admit ... it was a bit hectic in there ... but I did manage to see everyone. They've all grown so much ..."

Yes, her sister in law could be proud.

Yukito's face lit up brightly realizing this was the once little Earendil both he and his brother knew. Though it was obvious from his question to Lin that he didn't remember them.

"Yes," Yukito chuckled, "We are, and you have grown a lot."

"What do you expect it has be a very, very long time," Yue murmured thoughtfully as he felt Miyu skitter to one side of him to get away from Earendil.

Elnara giggled, her face growing warm as Lore's breath tickled her ear, and her eyes shone as she looked up at him.

"As I recall," she murmured, slipping her arms around his waist and stepping closer to him, "that was about the time I believed with all my heart that no one would ever want a ravaged soul like me."

She laughed softly. "And look at us ... yes, I see now why you laughed."

"Once," Yukito replied, "Well Yue was here twice, that was back when he, Donovan and Triton decided to do a bit of erm... hunting. But the first time we were here was back when Elnara came back.. so..."

"You were about one or two at the time," Yue supplied, "Very young, I'm not surprised you do not remember."

Yukito chuckled, coughed and murmured something that sounded like 'birdie' to Yue. Which got him a light nudge from his older twin to make him behave.

"Yuki," Lin rolled her eyes, "Behave."

She couldn't believe she had to tell her older brother to behave of all things. He was so silly, but that's what made Yuki so lovable.

"Before you get confused anymore," Lin told Earendil, "The one saying birdie is Yukito, but everyone calls him Yuki for short... and the man beside him is Yue, and the little girl is Yue's daughter Miyu."
