Keiji paused for a moment and looked at arka her red hair reminded her of izzy for a moment "umm yeah just place it somewhere for now we could practice the technique sometime later" Keiji tries not to make eye contact with Arka because she reminded him of someone he loved greatly. "umm.....so Arka I know you have been in the akatsuki for a while but I want you to feel welcome in the organization Just dont get to close to makyo hes a real pervert" Keiji sighed with a kind smile

Arka cautiously stepped in his room and walked to him. She placed the book on the bed and stepped back. She bowed out of respect. "Thank you, Kenji Sensai. I'll be sure to take your advice." She turned to leave, but found herself stuck in the doorway... She didn't want to leave him. Why? "K-Kenji Sensai, is there anything I can get you?"

Keiji looked towards Arka as he returned to his book then closed it with a smile heading towards her giving her a kind pat on the head "how about lunch with me? you must be somewhat hungry from training so much recently how about we can eat" Keiji felt a familar warmth that he missed in a long time.

"I'm afraid I traveled without yen. I cannot pay." Her stomach growled at the thought of eating. Her last meal was given to her two days ago, and she honestly forgot to eat while reading the Doctrine. "I'll find a way to pay you back Sensai, I promise." Arka blushjed slightly, and looked down.

keiji looked sighed "well I wasnt intending you to pay you know, What kind of Sensei would I be if I didnt treat my aprentice to a meal now would I?" Keiji smiled and pated her on the shoulder "how about if I take you out to the bar my treat and dont worry about paying back for the meals or the drinks okay?" Keiji opens the door as he was about to head out the door to the akatsuki bar with Arka.

Arka stood outside the bar with a sullen look on her face. "I knew she was there for you... It seemed a bit obvious." With a quick slide of her hand, she pulled her mask down over her face and slung the sake at him. The various drops of liquid formed into a steam, giving Arka a clear path out.
She jumped to the roof, and then to the next. She was headed for Keiji's home.

Keiji looked down as he sighes heading towards his house wondering if Arka could forgive him. He kept quiet as he enters his room lying on his bed contemplating.

Arka stayed on his roof, looking out over the village. It all seemed so surreal to her. The air was brisk and light, but held enough moisture for her to thrive. The stars were a bit brighter that usual. Perhaps it was the sake playing tricks on her.

Keiji comes to the top of his roof as he noticed Arka there he comes and lied right next to her while looking at the stars along with her. "you know this is place called the weeping country right?" Keiji turned over her and stared at her. "but do you know why this country is called the weeping country? its because the previous war and strife which ravaged this village from countless civil wars is so depressing the constant rain of this village made it seem that even our village is crying" keiji looked back at the rainy sky as his rinnegan appeared like multiple ripples on his eyes.

Arka pulled her mask off and lied next to Keiji. She left a few inches between them, and kept her eyes on the sky. The rain seemed more and more inviting. She could show him how she quickly gathers chakura if it started to rain. "That's sad, Keiji-sama."

Keiji stared at the rain with his rinnegan as he sighs "that may be sad but the one who is causing the rain to fall is me......This rain is our village defense system it allows me to detect to levels of chakra throughout the entire village with this body".......Keiji turned to Arka and smiled "thats how I came to learn about you and your abilities and realized we arent that different, thats how you became my apprentice" Keiji made a kind smile.

Arka smiled and closed her eyes. The rain glittered against her white skin like diamonds. After a few moments, the glitter changed. Arka was seemingly glowing. She sat up, and pulled her jacket off, along with the Shinobi pack. She stood, eyes still closed, and slipped off her shoes and leg warmers.
Arka began to shift around the roof. She was moving to the pounding drumbeat of the rain. The white glow of her skin intensified. Her shorts and top started to lift from her body, revealing the bandages and scars beneath. It was as though Arka was in a trance, moving to every rain drop that touched her skin.
By now she was soaked, and practically naked. Her long red hair now looked crimson and it suck to her body is wet clumps. If Keiji had looked close enough, he would see that no water left her body. The rain hit her, and sank into her skin. This is what gave Arka her gift.

Keiji was slightly surprise to her body's reaction to water at this close range he merly sat up and looked at her lovely body in rythmitic motion as he smiled and looked at the rain to make his cold face appear as if hes crying.
He then turned towards Arka in her stance and begin to walks towards her as he takes off his akatsuki cloak and appeares completely shirtless with countless Piercing probes covered all over the top of his body and raps it arround Arka.
Keiji stared at Arka deeply with his Rinnegan eyes as they appear trance like with its deep ripples, Then embraces her with his wet shirtless body pressing against hers in the rain. "With you Arka we can live in a world, where it shall cast a forebodding cloud of rain upon humanity, There intense suffering would allow us to embrace an shinning future." Keiji continued to hold on to Arka's body in the soft rain as it slowly let up due to his technique.

Arka halted the moment he walked to her. The glowing aura of her skin rushed to her eyes. As she opened them, Keiji would see a bright ice blue glowing sensation. She had not pupil, just a glowing blue. She appeared to be more of a mannequin then a human. "Yes master. Together, we shall rule this land and it's people with an iron fist..." Arka rested her cheek against his chest. She could feel his warmth, and better yet, his heart.

As the rain finally stoped the rain clouds let up abit and revealed that dawn arrived as the sun begin to shine through out the village creeping from the clouds. Keiji smiled greatly as he holds on to Arka and embraces her breast on to his chest as he realized something inviting about her body as if his wants to become one with hers, an warm lovely sensation came over this cold dead body of his as he wish to embrace his lips upon hers.
