new people would have the opportunity to make their own threads. its not like we'd say they couldnt. we'd reply in any thread that were to pop up ;p and we have our own tastes amongst ourselves too. so probably one of us could talk to another person in a different thread if no one else was able to. i hope that made sense >,<

1. Deleting of old dead posts = how long do you think we should wait? This may help keep the more important posts towards the top and in view.
2. How about a final Fantasy thread? (I didn't see one listed.)
3. One general greeter for the guild forums that can recommend who to ask for help/donations/etc. I think you all tend to be really helpful and I don't want to see someone get scared away because 30,000 people are assaulting him/her with IMs of help and generousity. REALLY, I do thank all of you who have helped me along and this is in no way directed to any one of you. PLUS, it makes it seem like our guild is bored with nothing going on.
4. Contests = R4nd0m drawings for gold, tickets, clothes, etc. We could always promote that moderators aren't included and member's get more of an opportunity for prizes.
5. Don't beat R4nd0m up for making silly suggestions.

i think that if we're going to get more people we should attempt to advertise in our sigs or something. maybe something small so we can permanently have it in our sigs above the rando ones.
i've deleted some of the threads that only had a few replies to them and have been dead for a looong time.
oh for the greeter thingy do you mean actually pm the people and be like 'welcome to the guild!' cause they get pms saying that they're in the guild and what not so i dunno @_@
