Tired of reminiscing, Akuma stood up and left his room taking the paper with him. He climbed up the stairs and didn't stop at the 1st floor, nor at the floor where the girls stayed. He climbing aimlessly until he reached the door to the roof. He pushed it open and walked out to the edge near the railing. The sun was nearly blinding his eyes, but he ignored it. The breeze was nice. He felt it blow through his hair and it found it's way through his vest. He looked down at the area below him and thought about what he could do with his power.

Akuma looked over the railing and thought about how he was able to use his power. When he tried something there was always too much so he'd had to use a power suppressor. Now he couldn't do anything except when he pushed himself near his limits. He'd thought about restricted training, but if he ever tried to use his power in full there would probably be extreme danger in a mile wide radius. In one sense he was useless, and in the other he was too much. He gave his power a tiny flex and found that he still hadn't come very far when restricted. He knew he couldn't live on either side for very much longer if he wanted to survive. He had to make a choice soon on what his future would be.

Oakley froze and felt shock waves moving. "Someone has very strong emotions right now, emotion of regret..and...confusion?" She felt like showing off a little, and she smiled.

Oakley walked gracefully to the elevator, pressed the roof button, and then pressed the open door button.

"Well better now then later I guess," he said with a sigh. Akuma stepped up on the railing and looked over the edge. It was a long long way to the ground. He'd decided, and now he would follow the future he'd chosen.
Taking one more breath he stepped off the edge.
