It was excellent work, Kisaki. No re-dos necessary smile
To all house elves: If you submit to me completed homework or classwork and I accept it, I list your name in the "Homework History" section on the first page of this classroom.

May I still sign up for this class? I know it's really late, but I'd still like to be able to take this class.

--Lesson 6-- Feast Times!
Today's the last day of Spring classes. Very exciting times. Which means today we're having an end of term feast. This is less of a lesson and more of a discussion. I'd like to know what you plan to cook for our Hogwarts residents for this celebratory time.
Classwork: Do you have a signature dish you want to show off? Is there a specific kind of dish you think lots of students will want? Taking a look at what students eat in the Great Hall, are there dishes that are popular for the start of term/end of term feasts or year-round for that matter? If you plan on being sorted next term, what would you want to see in these feasts? Discuss.
Homework (PM to me): Check the Great Hall in Hogwarts, and quote for me 5 different dishes that students/teachers have been eating in there.

There is no specific dish Kisaki wishes to show off. Kisaki is very happy to cook for her masters and she will cook whatever the masters wish in the best way she can. Kisaki is happy to serve. I do enjoy making deserts, Kisaki will work extra hard on them for the feast.
Kisaki thinks the masters will like sweet dishes for the feast. Sweet dishes make my masters happy, so I will make delicious pound cakes and fruit pies for the feast.
Kisaki has noticed that potatos and chicken are popular dishes most of the time, so she will make plenty for the feast.
If Kisaki was a student *blushes* she would enjoy lots of chicken dishes as well. Kisaki finds chicken very delicious. At the feasts I would love special baked chicken with delicious spices.

Fantastic feedback, Kisaki. Do you have a favorite dessert you like to make? I always enjoy a good cheesecake, myself whee
And I just realized things are going a bit slowly in the classrooms, so the feast may not start as soon as I said it would sweatdrop

Kisaki's favorite desert she loves to make is brownies. Kisaki thinks there is nothing that satisfies a sweet tooth better than a freshly baked brownie. Still chewy and warm...mmm...Kisaki wishes she had brownies right now. biggrin

Me too. Especially when it's just out of the oven when it's so soft it practically melts in your mouth. ...this is making me hungry xd

I agree. Brownies are very deliious, especially with nuts in them and gooey caramel on top. Amy would love to assist in making these brownies.
But what I would like to make for the feast is mac'n'cheese. With lots of different kinds of cheeses, it is very yummy, melty and gooey, and is warm. It's also good with some vegetables in there too.

Niiice choice, Amy. Mac'n'cheese is a pretty versatile dish to combine with other foods.

--Lesson 7-- Trying New Foods
As a prestigious wizarding school, Hogwarts is known for broadening students' horizons in more ways than one. And food can be included in this if you can think of good ways to do it. For homework during the last lesson, I told you to observe eating habits in the Great Hall. From your observations I found that students have eaten the following:
Pot Roast Dinner Rolls French Toast Orange Juice Sausage Bananas Turkey Stuffing Potatoes Pumpkin Juice Chicken Turkey Legs Roasted Pig Ears Marshmallows Salmon & Chicken Pastries Chocolate Pudding
After seeing this list, what are your thoughts on it?

"Amy thinks most of the foods in that list are pretty typical, and not very much horizon-broadening. Although, things like roasted pig ears and salmon and chicken pastries are very different and we should make things like that more often if our goal is to present new foods for the taking," Amy sad and took anotehr breath.
((OOC: Any homework?))
