Mae nods. He exits, through the door, for Jule's sake, beckoning for her to follow. Then returns to the ship. "Right, next, we need to buy blood, give me a while to go find where, and to make the arrangments. I'll return for you when I'm ready, okay?" after a response, he floats off.

Mae looks around at the verious people, as he moves along. His object is to figure out which would be best to possess if things turned troublesome. As they progressed, the town became more run down and seedy than the well maintained dock quarter.
