Kai smirked still shaking his head. "It is called posion, my dear. Posion and strategy. I could easily outwit you were we give the chance." But then he narrowed his eyes at her. " And why would Gekido and I be an item? My apologies if that is your wish Amaya."

Gekido arrived at the shrine, working over strategies and statistics in his head. His tantrum was more a blessing than a curse. It gave him the chance to emasure Kyo's strength ,as well as his speed of reaction. Kyo wasn't looking too good on speed of reaction comapred to his other strengths. Now, al lGekido needed to know were his jutsu strengths and reactions. He knew patience would be best.

Gekido faced him, and replied simply,"No." He walked a bit forward, to the altar at the end of the processional causeway. He dipped his hands into the purified water, and re faced Kai."Do you know the truth about Madara, Itachi, and Sasuke? It seems I am the only one who know."

Gekido's head trned instinctually with the tree. His Sharingan sensed the presence of a strong Genjutsu on the tree. He pierced throug hit, and caught sight of Khan. He shot a stram of flame from his fist, right at the tree.

Gekido was in no mood to fight. He did however do a few seals of his own, and a Naganata of coals came from the ground as well, with fire surrounding the tip.

"You think it is wise? Challenging me in the shrine of my ancestors, blessed with spells that amplify control over flames and fire. As well as chalenging me when you are obviously at a disadvantage? Come now, you know you can't win. I' will let you go free, with not a scar, as long as you never reveal our location to Kougushi, Eco, or the like."

He hoped Khan would come to terms with him, fighting was not the answer, for now atleast.

"But will you keep all that you have learned a secret? It would be foolish to just let you leave after a nice little story, without first sealing your word. If I tell you what you need to know, you will be foridden to repeat it, and the seal itself will be nearly impossible to see. So you have a choice, I kill you, or you accept the term that I put a seal on you swearing you to never repeat what I tell you, and if you do it will quickly yet painfully kill you, and then you leave. Choose quickly, my patience is wearin thin." Gekido shifted forward a bit, his naginata producin mroe flames.

"Kai, if we can't reason, stay out of the fight. This is our battle and you would shame me if you were to interfere. If such a thing happens, escape to Kougushi, and join his ranks." Gekido got out of his battle ready position. He was sure his terms had little chance of being turned down. However, he was not so cocky as to unflame his weapon or put down his guard.
