Cayden smiled at Jaigon as he munched on bacon. "I dont think my mom would like that she might come up here all crazy looking if she knew where to find this place." A knock on the door interupted Jaigon's breakfast in bed and Cayden even thought it could have been his mom since she knew exactly to come into a the picture at the wrong moments. Jaigon left to get it and Cayden stayed behind snatching a little peice of bacon off the plate and munching on it until he heard something falling and an awkward silence. He did his best to obey Jaigon and stay in his bedroom but what if Jai was hurt? He shot out of the bed and peeked into the living room just to check and make sure nothing was going on.

Were the sound was heard there was a gun with a silencer exstention on the tip laying on the ground near jais front door that lead to his elevater. the door was semi shut.
Jai was alone in the hallway sliding the window shut, the blue shirt looked a little wet around his shoulder which he held from underneath the shirt.. " not now.. " he whispered to himself stalling in the hall a moment thinking what to say to cayden. with a soft breath he quickly moved back through the door smoothly sliding the gun off the ground to slid in the rim of his pants unsure if it was seen then glanced over to the other boy sharply while passing through, hurrying to the kichen trailing small drops of blood that he tryed hard to hide.
He cluched his teeth a little to the pain while leaning up agenst the fridge pressing a damp cloth to his wound." Everythings fine cay- ...hnm just going to clean the kichen up" he said with out even looking to see if it was dirty but was out of things to say to ease caydens mind while looking in a droor to find somthing to stop the bleeding.

Cayden couldnt see the gun that laid on the floor since he only peeked through the crack of the door and it was blocked from his limited field of vision. After he heard Jaigon say he was cleaning up the kitchen he decided to help. He got up and quietly opened the door and into the kitchen. He walks up behind Jaigon and it appears he is cleaning up by scrubbing a counter from behind. Cayden wraps his hands around Jaigon's arms only to touch something wet that was on his shirt. Like he touched a hot stove he jerked a little back when he saw the wet stuff on his shirt was red. "Oh my god what happened Jaigon!!!" he said a little hysterical.

Jaigon didnt want to lie to cayden but he didnt want to explain anything eather. pulling out a cotten ball and sergical tape. pressing the cotten to the bullet wound in his shoulder before turning away. " - I dont know.. " he looked to the other boys eyes a moment then looked away, everything he made up in his head lead him to more possible questions, 'why did he come, how did he know the code to get in here, and when were you going to tell me all this. ' " maybe i forgot to pay me tab I dont know." he muttered half jokingly ( dont think he did pay eather lol ) as he lowered to sit on the floor leaning back agenst the cabanits.

"So he came in here and shot you in the shoulder with a silenced pisto,l im guessing otherwise i would have actually came in here to check what was going on alot earlier, because you forgot to pay your tab." Cayden was a little hysteric and crying a little. "None of this sounds right. I'm going to call an ambulance. He could have shattered the bone in your shoulder so you need to go to an hospital." He picked up the phone and dailed 911.

" Shattered a bone? cayden- wait. " he said but stopped as the emergency operater answered. he sighed softly pulling off his shirt, he didnt turn afew shades paler untill he looked at the damage. all the blood running down his side made him feel stick with a cool sweat. he got another cloth in an atempt to clean himself up with his good arm. " cay . .I can take care of it, i think the bullet went straght through. I dont want them to come here."

"Jai you bleeding like crazy. You need medical attention." He argued back as he hung up the phone. He went over and help put pressure on the bullet wound. "You better not die on me." He said tears falling down his face and onto Jaigon's bare chest. He still continued to cry as he put more pressure on his bullet wound.

Jaigon winced lightly to the added pressure agenst the tender area, he rested his eyes closed and slid his arm arounc cayden. " ...please dont cry..Ill be okay, I promise you. . . what did you say to them? " he asked though wondered. . . wait dosent .his mom work for a hospital or somthing ...geez why now

"I told them everything was ok and that i pressed the wrong number......like you said. If the bleeding doesnt stop soon your going to bleed out and im not going to lose you. I love you and i want to hurt whoever done this to you." He said with a voice full of acid when the last segment came out of his mouth. "How could i let anything like this happen to you....Why didnt you tell me you were hurt?" He said his tears begining to slow. Tiny blood droplets were on the ground ruining anything that could stain.

" Ive already tooken care of him. .he wont come back, I didnt want you to know I was hurt. " he said with a soft smile leaning to kiss the other boys moist cheek. " didnt want to ruin that pritty smile with tears an stress.. " he poured some alcohal on the open wound and got another cotten ball to place over the wound which soon turned red through he pinned it down with some sergical tape which he broke with his teeth hoping it would stay though it was a pritty sloppy job. " hows it look, hn . ." he grunted a little sitting up " I should be a doctor ne? "

"Still i understand a cut or a scrape but you got shot and tried to play it off." Cayden's tears stopped pouring down his face as he saw that Jaigon could sit on his own. Then Cayden started thinking about why would someone want to shoot Jaigon and something hit him. "You said you show only a select few people where you live and plus they have to punch numbers in that even i dont know.....Something isnt right about all this?" He said outloud to himself. "Oh and no you shouldnt be a doctor when I get dropped off im going to have my mom look at it."

jai let the boy think shaking his head a little to how smart he was with such little information, he looked up seeing the pan cay cooked in and got him a bite sized portion of egg to pop in to his mouth reguardless of the situation " your mom? " he asked pulling cayden in to his lap weakly like a tough dog would still walk on a strained paw. he wraped his arms around cayden holding him close while touching a soft kiss to his shoulder. " shell hate me if i bring you home with a bullet in my shoulder.

"Jaigon why did this all happen and tell me the truth..." He whispered into Jaigon's ear careful not to hurt his shoulder. "Jai i just want to make sure your ok and trust me that one bullet wound could take you away from me forever. It could get infected and everything.....are you sure you dont want to go to at least a hospital to get it checked up on?" He said a little worried but relaxed by Jaigon's touch.

" the truth..theres people that dont like me..I can find the person behind this but.. its not my place " he closed his eyes softly then opened them again a little tiredly while tracing his fingers along caydens back while keeping him close. .. " I really dont like hospitals cayden, did you want to head home? ill let you drive youll like that." he said knowing with a stick shift it would hurt, though he would take it if cay didnt feel confertable .

"I could call my mom and pick me up from here i dont want you driving in that condition...truth is i really want to stay here with you and make sure your ok. Look im going to make sure you get cleaned up and wrap that wound better and put you to bed." He said with a smile now on his face. "I can stop by on my way to school and cook for you and on the way back from school i can cook dinner and clean and dress your wounds to you get better."
