Kiante still wondered what Akiko was talking about, until he saw the source of the scream. "A...h-h-heartless! Will, get behind me!" He yelled. This time, for once, Will eagerly did what he said.

This particular Heartless was a Darkball, a Heartless known for its spherical body, and it's pinball esque movements.

"Oh crap, there's no way I can defeat this...but, I can't let it stay here, my computers! This stick won't do anything...agghhh..."

"Kiante, the sword!" Will yelled.

Kiante took a moment to realize what he was talking about, the sword over the mantle. "Crap, it's too high! I guess I'll have to try something dramatic." He ran over to the wall near the mantle, jumped at it, then jumped off of it, towards the mantle. He barely grabbed the ledge, and pulled himself up. He took the sword out of its ornamental display, and jumped down, slashing at the Heartless. He knew this wouldn't be easy, he wasn't strong enough to wield the sword properly, and it was a blunt sword anyway. But he'd have to try.

He hit the Darkball. Unfortunately, it only seemed to anger the Heartless. It charged at him, moving so fast, he was barely able to react, but he slashed the heartless straight through, using its own momentum to help him.

"Come on Will, we have to get out of here. The others are at Mika's house I think."

"That goth girl...aw c'mon, we have to go there?" Will whined in response.

"Yes, this is an emergency. Besides, she's not that bad once you get to know her. Now go pack, we'll need clothes and maybe some food. I'll get the game and PS2."

"Game and PS2? What are you...oh yeah, those might be useful..."Will said, he had played Kingdom Hearts as well. "Are there any other weapons here?"

"Hm...no, but that reminds me...I'll need to get some other things too. Anyway, you go get what we'll need."

"Okay." Will said, and went into the kitchen.

Kiante went upstairs to get the other stuff. In addition to his PS2 and games, he picked up his replica keychains, figuring, he might just need them. He took some leather belts, put them over his chest, and put the sword on his back, using them to hold it in place. "Glad it's not sharp." He muttered.

He went backdownstairs, where Will was standing with a couple of backpacks, "Ready bro."

"All right, let's go. And be careful, sounds like there could be Jeartless anywhere."

They went outside, and started walking towards Mika's house. After a little while, Kiante was getting disturbed by the fact that no one was around anywhere. Very few cars were on the streets, here anyway.

They made their way to Mika's house, very luckily, not finding any heartless. They took the liberty of going in themselves, unannounced. They found Mika in her red room.

"Hey Mika. Seems there's a bit of an emergency outside. But you probably didn't notice. I didn't. Isn't Akiko here?" Kiante asked.

Riku leaned against a wall. "We're going to stay right here," he said calmly, "If we go searching for him, we're likely to pass each other in transit." He glanced over at the clearly jumpy Sora with a small, ironic smile. "Get comfortable."

Sora grinned, relieved that things were going smoothly. "Akiko, right? We've already met her. She said to tell you that she was sorry, but she had to go help some friends who were in trouble. Kairi went with her to make sure she didn't get hurt."

Mickey stared at Sora, and then sighed and shook his head angrily. "She's worse than you, Sora," he said, thinking of that time at Hollow Bastion when he'd directly disobeyed orders to stay out of the fighting.

He looked back up again. "Did you ever think about the danger Kairi might be in? We don't just have to fight heartless here. You three aren't used to using the defenses that Akiko uses! And even though Kairi's a princess of heart...it's happened before that their hearts..."

He shook his head and motioned with them to follow him as he ran from the building, trying to talk at the same time.

"Which way did she go? I'll explain on the way...I should've explained earlier.."

((Sorry I'm late, ballroom dance))

"Three of swords," Mika deadpanned from the door, throwing a card out at the heartless' back. Three thin rapiers shot out from the surface of the card and at the defender, downing it. "What are you doing in the Merlot Room? And why are there cosplayers in my house?" you know I hate these characters! "You doubted the cards."

"By throwing the card," Mika said, walking over to where her rapiers rested on the ground and stabbing each into the blank card. I don't know. "My question remains unanswered."

Mika fixed Akiko an icy glare. "I do not bash, I simply point out her obvious flaws in design and existance." Mika then remembered something more imporatant than fighting heartless and bashing girls in pink. "Riku is coming." Is he really as hot as he is?
