I could guess but I prefer to wait till the lady is willing to tell me her age. Thus reducing the chances of me being horribly off and getting slapped.

btw, the ramen would cook. The water would boil at a lower temperature, yes, but it would still be hot enough to cook the noodles. It would just take give or take 10 minutes longer. ^^
