There are two entries that are - extremely slightly - related to Fortenra. Though the title doesn't show it. XD
One mentions Fortenra, while the other doesn't, but contains important information that, in later chapters, will make sense.

Don't worry. Mercain will usually appear when the Count does. And after watching Gankutsuou, I've decided that the Count will appear more. And that means that there's a larger chance for Mercain to appear.
