No, especially since they have much lower defense (especially in vs mode) and they can not use all of their powers to their fullest

...Are you sure you played the same game as me? In vs mode They could both block pretty much and and everything except each other's attacks. In story mode naked killed most enemies in one hit and could block everything.

Eh, maybe its just because I was fighting the computer (giving them a full handicap) and was still kicking their butt. Besides I think the fights would look better with their full armor on. And besides I like it when Jehuty puts on her Make Up rofl

But none of the subweapons except 0-shift work, (which is still very powerful) granted I dont use the all of them that much, but I'll still believe that the defense is much lower with all of the skeleton exposed. So strongest I'd say its debatable, especially when you have Jehuty v.2 it has a those three wisps that boost up both attack and defense.
However you can't doubt that it would be a cool fight with Gundam 00-Raiser. FOR IT IS THE WILL OF THE METATRON!

Well there is a bigger difference on the power rangers thing. See there are like 20 different seasons of them so you need to be more specific.
