"no...." she maoend weakly. her fingers cluthced onto him desperately. withotu him she didn;t want to live. without him there was no reason to, anymore. she trusted him, the onyl person she could.

She didn;t say anythign, refusing to let go. it hurt so bad she felt impaired. she needed him.

Yori stopped and hugged her tightly. he couldn't go any further, he couldn't continued to hide it anymore as he wept.

Shaon cried as he hugged her, feelign helpless, feelign dead, feeling betrayed. she couldn't live on anymore. too many peopelgone, not enough left alive for her to want to live on.

she could have it and put it up for adoption, she noted as she sobbed, the thoughts drownign in her pain. she didn;t want to try anymore. what was the point anymore?

Shaon ddidn;t move, she'd have to be carried or dragged. she hadn't the will to move.

Yori glanced at the body one more time. he calmed down whaen seeing a smile on the mouth, and knowing why. He picked Shaon up like a little kid with her chin resting on his shoulders as he walked away.

Men were running everywhere; too busy to notice the two walking out the front door. an important part of Yoris life was over, it was time for him to start a new chapter. hopefully it will lead to no sorrow. he rubbed Shaons back as they left the sector.
(to the streets?)

As men fled everywhere, trying to keep the place from falling, someone stummbled upon altair, bleeding and discarded on the ground. A few men came and dragged him to his feet, trying to get him away from the part of the base that was collapsing
