"there's nothing to be sorry about, but i never really got to be a kid, i had to grow up to fast" she said looking at him sorrow filled her eye's and she faked a smile.

Rukia thought of her abusive past and sighed, "well i had to take care of my little brother, but i had a very abusive step-dad" A tear rolled down her cheek and she brushed it away quickly hoping no one saw it, Crying was weakness, or so she was taught.

"I..I'm very sorry.." he said with his head down; he noticed her tear. He didn't know what to exactly say. He searched his brain to find something to comfort her but all he managed to find was. "It's ok. He won't harm you ever again." Now that he thought about it. Where was her little brother? Is he among these little kids? He decided not to ask.

Rukia smiled at him, "thanks really" she said and looked at the sky. I hope i'm making you happy, Matt she thought, there wasn't a day when she didn't think of Matt, who was her little brother. She looked back at Kilk again, "are you ok?" she asked worried.

Rukia felt bad for dumping that on him and she hugged him lightly, "i'm sorry" she almost whispered.

Roland walked out of his room and went outside and sat down against the back wall of the building wondering why he was even there.

He stared into her eyes with great compassion and siad, "You do not have to be sorry for that. You can tell me anything. Do not think of it as hurting me or 'dumping' on me. Think of it as letting someone listening and helping you so that all the pressure is not on you." He continued to hug her.

Rukia felt some how complete with Kilk holding her, she held onto him tightly and rested her head on hi ssholder and looked up at him.
